Two bodies lying on the floor dead in front of a child the child's name is issei hyoudo the men that killed his parents dragon hunters/slayers (idk what To call them) infront of the bodies isseis parents
"Hey what should we do with the kid bro" said one of the dragon hunter
"What else we were hired to kill the ENTIRE family" replied the other dragon hunter raising his sword ready to strike at issei before a man in a yellow suit with a black cane appears
"Well now boys who said you could kill my son" said the man
"Oh shit that son of bitch never told us that this kid was the son of Alexander von cypher!" Yelled one of the dragon hunters
"I'd like to know who sent you" said the man now known as Alexander von cypher
"It was kokobial sir please spare us we didn't want to kill them but we needed the money please!" Begged one of the dragon hunters
"Sure why not as long as you never show your face infront of me again" said Alexander
"Yes sir!" Yelled both the dragon hunters
The dragon hunters left leaving the boy and Alexander von cypher alone
"Now issei you ready to leave" said Alexander
"But....my mom and dad haven't been buried" said issei
"Hmm ok I will send my servants to take care of them now come" Alexander said to the boy
"Ok mr.cypher"said issei
"Oh please call me dad or father" Alexander said
"Ok father" issei said with most cutest smile
Issei and Alexander teleported with a yellow magic circle with a clock in the middle
They arrived at the cypher mansion in the human world
"now my boy tell me do you want to get stronger, stronger than anyone else ever" said Alexander
"Yes I do father so I can protect the one I love!" Replied issei
"Well then my boy let's start by me giving you my power the dragon of time is with you" replies Alexander
"Coooool" said issei
Alexander raised his hand and a magical circle with a clock in the middle appeared in his palm and then blue light flashed giving issei silver hair and golden eyes
"Well now that you have my power it's time to train it of course you only have half of it the rest will be given to you once you mastered you're abilities!" Said Alexander
"Really?" Replies issei
Issei begins his training with many gods and other beings such as the Shinto faction shiva, the Norse faction or Norse gods Odin,Thor, and Loki (Loki loved the child cause issei was tricky like him) and his dad Alexander.
At the age of 15 he was as strong as his dad at full power
"Son I called you to my office today to give you the rest of my power as promised" said Alexander
"But Dad, if you give your power won't you have none left" replied issei
"The power I gave you regenerated so I'm at full power I'm only giving you half I will regain the rest of my power but I will have to retire soon my body is to old so you will inherit my belongings son" said Alexander
"But father" said issei
"No buts, Oh and your attending school, the reason is that I trained you but I didn't teach you how to socialize and deal with the human world so school is the best option"
"WHATTTTTTTTTT!" Yelled issei
"No No No No I haven't meet another kid in my life why father whyyyyy!" Yelled issei before he was teleported to his new home
Back at the cypher mansion
"I hope that boy will be fine" said Alexander to himself
Back with issei
"Welp son of a bitch man this sucks might as well unpack my stuff and get ready hmm" says issei as he looks at a piece of paper on a box
"so I'm going to kuoh eh" says issei
Issei finished unpacking his stuff and was ready to sleep until BANG!
"What was that sound it came from the living room!" Yelled issei
He went down stairs and saw a women with black hair and cat parts
"Hey you okay!" Yells issei no reply
He carry's her to his room and starts rewinding time on her body to before she was injured
He put her on his bed and goes downstairs and rewinds time on the window to fix it
The door bell rings
'Oh so devils are here hmm I guess I'll answer' thought issei
"Sir a criminal was spotted crashing through your window we would like to check your house" said one of the devils
"What window none of my windows are broken" replied issei
One of the devils looked inside what issei said was true none of the windows were broken
"Sorry sir it appears we have the wrong house". Replied one of the devils
"oh no it's fine" replied issei
The devils left issei alone and issei closed the doors
He went back upstairs to check on the nekoshou (i don't remember the name just guessing correct me if I'm wrong)
"Who are you nya, and why my wounds gone nya" asked the nekoshou
"Well first of all I'm issei von cypher, and second I turned back time on your wounds" said issei
"Wait that name your the next dragon of time nya" said the nekoshou
"Yes now what's your name" replied issei
"It's kuroka" said the nekoshou now known as kuroka
"Hmm SSS-class criminal kuroka eh well who cares come on go to sleep I'll wake you up tomorrow" said issei
" you're not gonna report me" replied kuroka
"Why would I waste such a cute girl for some change now go to sleep" replied issei
This comment made kuroka face turn red as rias hair
