Personality:

Description: Umiko is a bubbly, playful and loving person who flirts or teases other heroes when she sees a mistake or something funny. She don't care for formalities or social status this was a result in her getting bullied at a young age by people older than her.

Umiko would do anything to protect those from harm and also will fight to the end of her breathe to make sure they don't die. She has a motherly figure to young boys and girls as well as a mentor to some, She was mentored by Endeavor himself has he sort to figure out her Quirk and what she does to stay Hydrated.

Bad traits: over uses her quirk sometimes, clueless sometimes

Costume: white body suit with blue strips across the top and bottom, has white sleeves on her arm (winter: has a long skirt that has a blue at the top but white at the rest of the skirt with long sleeves) with boots that a blue at the top and white at the bottom even the heel is blue and the bottom of the shoes (small emergency water is in her suit across the blue bits)

Quirk and Abilities:

Quirk: Water control (little ice control), Future Seeing

Quirk dsescription: she can control water anywhere near her and on her, she can also control a little bit of ice since that was her mothers quirk, Umiko can also future see has that is her fathers quirk and only a few in his family have it she can also show people what she seeing with her water but only important bits not all of it. Her water can also heal people but depends how deep the wound is if it's too deep it will leave a scar on them.

Design origins: I thought of Umiko after a day of creating her name and count less times scratching out the idea of her either being quirkless or have a common quirk... I had a fairy tail oc that is a ice dragon slayer so I thought of water straight after that I look more in to Juvia from Fairy Tail since her magic is Water then I looked into Legend of Korra and the Last Airbender for her moves and how she using her water.
