Tw: abliest slur and homophobia

I slowly open my eyes as I hear my alarm going off, I quickly reach to shut it off. Biscuit walks to my mattress where I lie half awake. I begin to get up and let biscuit guide me to the kitchen where mum has set breakfast on the table. "since its your first day at school I decided to make you bacon and eggs for breakfast, your favourite"
"thanks mum!" I said as I began stuffing my face with food. "slow down or you're going to make yourself sick." I ignore her and carry on eating. "I laid out some clothes for you in your room, get changed once you've finished eating." I just nodded as I finished the last of my food.

I grab my backpack and Biscuit's harness and leave for school. As I enter the classroom I can feel everyone's eyes on me. "Class as you can see we have a new student today, please introduce yourself."
"Hi everyone, I'm Noah, and this is my guide dog Biscuit." Biscuit give a small bark as if to say hello. "thank you Noah, please take a seat." I take a seat near the front as class begins.

During break lots of people came up to me asking about Biscuit and myself. Some even asked me to hang out with them after school, of course I said yes, it'd be good to make new friends. The bell rings and everyone starts to head back to class.

Class drones on and I'm trying to keep up with work. I feel someone staring at me from behind, I glance in their direction hoping I could find out who it is but they looked away.

The bell rings signaling the end of the day, everyone packs up their stuff and heads for the door. As I was walking through the corridor I bump into someone "oh sorry about that" I said and started to walk around them when they stopped me

"youre the new kid right?" they said coldly "yeah I'm-" before I could finish he interrupts me "I know who you are." "oh okay, what's your name?" "why should I tell you? its not like you'll see me around" he and his friends start laughing "if you're blind then why do you wear sunglasses? seems pretty dumb to me" "I'm not entirely blind, I still have a little bit of vision, I wear them to protect what vision I do have." "wait, thats a thing? I thought if youre blind you can't see anything." I was about to respond when he pushes past me and walks in the opposite direction "bye r3t@rd"

I enter the house "I'm back" I shouted as I shut the door "how was your first day? make any new friends" "it was okay and yeah I did, I'm planning on meeting them later" "see? I knew you'd make friends." my phone goes off and I open the notification, my phone reads out the message

Josh: when youre ready meet us by the park
Noah: okay I'll be there soon, see you in a bit
Josh: see you soon

"alright I'm gonna go now, bye"
"okay just don't stay out too late" "I wont."

I head to the park when I hear a familiar voice "oh god not this prick again" I think to myself, at least he seems to be alone this time "hey r3t@rd" he calls out to me "what do you want?" "still got these stupid sunglasses on?" he reaches for them when he notices something "whats with the rainbow? you gay or some shit?" "yeah I am, something wrong with that?" he starts fake gagging "thats fucking disgusting!" he pushes me to the ground and starts punching me "hey! leave him alone!" I hear someone yell from behind. Asher stops and looks behind him, he quickly gets off me and starts running.

"hey, you okay?" Josh asks "yeah I think so, just a little beat up" I get up off the ground "what was that about anyway?" we start walking " he saw my rainbow pin and started punching me because I'm gay" "what a jackass" "yeah, first day and theres already someone I hate."
