2. CHOCOLATE CAKE IN MICROWAVE

PREPARATION TIME : 15- 20 minutes
COOKING TIME : 20- 30 minutes

INGREDIENTS:-
1. All purpose flour - 2 cups (125gm)
2. Powdered sugar - 1& 1/2 cup (100gm)
3. Cocoa powder - 1/4th cup (20gm)
4. Baking powder - 1/4th tsp
5. Baking soda - 1/8th tsp
6. Milk - 1 cup
7. Vanilla extract/essence - 3-4 drops
8. Butter/oil - 50 gm
9. Vinegar- 1 tsp
10. Nuts, tutti fruity as per your taste

UTENSILS REQUIRED:-
1. 2 big bowls
2. Measuring spoons
3. Cake mould/tin (microwave safe)
4. Spatula/whisk
5. Seive
6. 1 serving plate
7. 1 normal plate

PROCEDURE:-
1. Take a big bowl and seive and measure all the dry ingredients.
2. Keep the seive on the bowl and add all the dry ingredients and seive them. Repeat this process 2- 3 times.
3. Add butter to the mixture of dry ingredients and mix it.
4. Now, take the another bowl and pour the measured milk in it.
5. Gradually add the dry ingredients and butter mixture in the milk and mix with a help of a spatula or a whisk.
6. If you find that the batter is so thick then you can add 2-3tsp of milk.
7. After mixing add vanilla extract/essence and give a gentle mix.
8. Add vinegar give a gentle mix and keep it aside.
9. Now take a cake tin grease it some oil/butter and pour the prepared batter.
10. Add nuts and tutti fruity on the top of the batter.
11. Keep the tin/mould in the microwave and microwave it for 3 minutes.
12. Open and check the cake by inserting a toothpick if it comes out clean then cake is ready and if some batter or cake granules come in the toothpick then again microwave it for 2 minutes.
13. Check again and still if it is uncooked again microwave it for 1 minute.
14. Check the cake if it is cooked then take it out and let it cool down under a fan for 10 - 20 minutes.
15. Take a plate put it on the top of the cake mould/tin and flip it. Now take a serving plate keep it on the unmoulded cake and flip it again.

YOUR CAKE IS READY TO SERVE....

TIPS:-
1. DO NOT UNMOLD THE CAKE WHEN HOT IT WILL BREAK.
2. DO NOT OVERMIX THE BATTER OTHERWISE THE CAKE WILL NOT RISE AND WILL BECOME STIFF.
