𝐁𝐫𝐞𝐞𝐳𝐞𝐛𝐥𝐨𝐜𝐤𝐬 (𝐠𝐢𝐫𝐥𝐱𝐠𝐢𝐫𝐥 𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧)

𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐟𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭 (𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐭 2)

Eva's POV:

After a long night of sleeping and cuddling with Teresa, i wake up next to her then i head home. Today's the day i am supposed to break up with Eric. It's finally over. I've found the real love of my life.

I put on a black shirt and some whit shorts. I tie my dirty blonde hair up and walk downstairs. I eat breakfast while scrolling through my phone. Just as i finished, i heard a loud noise in the backyard. Eric wouldn't come home like that. He usually enters the front door. So i carefully walked through the door that led to the backyard. The door was open but i didn't see anyone or anything. Suddenly i fall onto the floor, feeling pain in the back of my head.

A few minutes later:

I open my eyes and see myself with my hands tied behind my back. There was tape over my mouth so i couldn't scream. Then my eyes noticed no one other than Teresa. She walked closer to me. She was holding a knife!

Teresa - Shhh baby! It will be over soon i promise. Just as you wanted, he'll be gone.

I mean i really didn't care about Eric but killing someone?! I didn't know Teresa would do that to anyone. She did look intimidating but not like that.

Then i heard the door unlock. Eric entered the house, turned on the lights and threw his keys on the table. He then heard me muffle and found me in the closet where Teresa put me.

Eric - Oh my god! Are you okay? What are you doing here?

He pulled the tape off my mouth and kneeled next to me. Just then i noticed Teresa slowly sneaking in with the knife in her hand. Eric turned around and saw her. He pushed Teresa to the wall as she struggled to escape free. Eric ran away towards the living room followed by Teresa. I managed to untie myself after a while and run after them both. It was too late when i arrived. Teresa got hit in the head by Eric who was sitting down on the floor with his hands on his head. I ran over to Teresa slowly lifting her up. I pulled her close, crying a river of tears. Then i felt her hand on my back. I couldn't believe what happend....i was too late....It will forever be my fault. I slowly placed Teresa back on the floor and went to get a small towel. I wrapped it around the back of her head. I put one of my hands over her forehead. Just as i was about to lose hope, Teresa started uncontrollably shaking. I had medical experience and i know when someone's shaking that they are in shock and about to wake up. I needed to let her know someone's here for her and that she needs to stay calm.

Eva - Calm down Teresa. It's me Eva, i am here for you. Relax don't panic. It's gonna be alright! I promise!

I patiently watched Teresa as she woke up and started coughing blood.

Eva - It's okay....i'm here now.

Teresa turned around to face me.

Teresa - T-thank you for helping me...

Eva - It's fine. Now relax. I am going to take you to a hospital. Try to keep you're voice down as much as you can.

Teresa nooded and i helped her get up. Just then i saw Eric who was also injured trying to run away. I turned up to face him.

Eva - I hope you know that the woman you almost killed today is the love of my life and my future wife. She tried to only help me. Drop the act and leave now.

Eric looked at me as he dropped the divorce papers and left through the door. I helped Teresa wall outside where the police was. They also stopped Eric from leaving.

Police - What's going on here? Mrs Eva did this woman try to hurt you?

Eva - No she didn't! She was the one who got hurt.

Police - Mr Eric claims that you're married to him and she broke into your house. Is this true?

I couldn't let them arrest Teresa. She only wanted to help me get rid of what was holding me back, Eric. I had to save Teresa from them. I held her hand tight as we both ran towards the back of our yard. The cops started chasing us. But we have managed to get far, in the forest. It was the only place Teresa would be safe.
