It was a sunny morning when you woke up, you stretched out then got freshened up and are breakfast. You went upstairs and grabbed your phone off your night stand and took it off charge. You scanned through Instagram for a few minutes then you got a text from Shawn, your best friend since the beginning of middle school. You both met in science class when you got partnered up for a project, since then you've been best friends.

Shawn: Heyy beautiful
You: Heyy
Shawn: do you have plans tomorrow?
You: no
Shawn: great! Wanna go somewhere?
You: yeah. How bout pizza?
Shawn: sure
You: okay! See you then
Shawn: alright

The rest of the evening was spent scanning social media, and watching netflix. At about 12:30 you decided it was time to go to bed so you washed your face and put on your pajamas and crawled into bed.

*next morning*
You woke up to knocks at your door. You got up lazily and walked to the door, without putting on clothes or brushing your hair. You looking through the little hole to see who it was and it was Shawn holding a box of chocolates and flowers. Oh my god you thought, I haven't even brushed my hair.
"I'll be out in a minute!" You yelled as you ran upstairs. As you went up the last step you wondered why he had a box of chocolates, and flowers. You never thought of Shawn as a "boyfriend" before and didn't really know what to think. You quickly brushed you hair and teeth, put on clothes --- skirt, leggings, graphic tee, and flats, and grabbed your phone and mini purse. You went downstairs and opened the door. Shawn smiled at you and gave you the box of chocolates and flowers to you and said "Will you go out with me?" You smiled and cutely said "Yes!" He hugged and kissed you. "Let's go get some pizza!" He then said and opened the door for you to get in. You are pizza with Shawn and felt very happy and proud to be his girlfriend!
