Okay, we decided camping with the inner circle a good idea? I thought as I watched Cassian and Rhysand squabbling over who gets to light the fire, Mor was watching them. Amren was poking around the forest clearing we are in, trying to figure out why this was considered fun. Azriel was actually trying to help, he started organizing our things as to make it easier to set up. I sighed and prepared to rally these unruly immortals.
-time skip-
"That's not how that goes!" Cassain complains as him and Rhys were putting up the last tent.
They were having trouble with tents, they were using the ceiling bar for a corner and vice versa, making it not stay properly because of the slight hight difference. The other two were put up by Azriel, Mor, and a little bit of help from me.
"Well then where does it go if you're so smart?" Rhys tosses back at Cassian.
They both pause.
They figured out the problem.
As they switched the bars and finished setting up me and Mor were trying to not look smug. I hear a little familiar voice in my head.
"I swear to the cauldron if you laugh."
I smiled hearing my mates voice through the bond.
"Don't worry, I won't laugh, I'll just bring it up at solstice and special events.~"
After Rhys and Cassain finish the tent they move on quickly, Rhys quickly changing his fancier clothes. The replacements being one of his comfier dark purple-ish blue sweater, light Illyrian leather pants, and boots. Cassain starts busying himself with making some little stool like things to sit around the fire with.
I smile as Rhys walks towards where me and Mor stand.
"Did you win against the tent?" Asks his cousin.
"Ha ha." He rolls his eyes, although a smile still exists.
"Don't worry, they're much easier to put away darling." I comfort him as he hugs me from over my shoulders.
"Good riddance, those should be easier." He pouts.
