It's been a while since Todoroki saw bakugou regress and he was starting to worry. He went over to his dorm and walked in to find a shaking bakugou.

"Hi baby bean, are you ok?"

"Papa?"

He smiled and sat down next to him, pulling him into his lap.

"Baby what's wrong"

"Papa I no wike tes"

He internally sighed, testing season. It stressed everyone out but especially this little. Katsuki's mom was very abusive and only wanted A's from the boy. Katsuki started sobbing again and chewing on shoto's shirt. Todoroki pulled him off and grabbed a paci for him. "Open your mouth sweatheart"
Katsuki did just that and todoroki popped the pacifier in his mouth. Katsuki started sucking on it. He soon calmed down and looked at todo.

"Papa hungy"

"Ok kitten, what do you want"

"Cookie papa"

"Kitten you can't have a cookie yet. You have to eat dinner first"

Kastuki started throwing a fit and todoroki sighed. He started bouncing katsuki on his knee and started rubbing his back. "calm down baby, you can have a cookie after. I'll make you some macaroni and cheese for you"

Katsuki kept whining and todoroki wasn't having it. He put katsuki in the timeout corner with his pacifier. "Daddy will be back with your mac and cheese. You stay here for five minutes."

Katsuki kept throwing his fit as todoroki went down to the common room. He made the food. After ten minutes he was back up and found a sobbing bakugou. He looked at his watch "fuck. Hey sweets come to papa, I have your Mac and cheese with chocolate milk and your favorite cookie"

He turned around and walked over to him. He opens his mouth as he sat down.

"Vroom here comes the aeroplane." Todoroki put the spoon in his mouth and watched him chew. After twenty minutes kastuki finished the food and warmed milk. He yawned and looked at his caregiver. Todoroki picked him up.

"We are going to brush your teeth and go to sleep ok bean?"

He nodded and let todoroki brush his teeth. He got changed into a pull up and a pink bunny onesie. Todoroki made sure he slept well. He had fallen asleep holding the small boy. Around 2 he was woken by soft sobs. Katsuki never liked using the pull up but he tended to wet himself in his sleep so he had to. He was sobbing and todoroki looked at him. "Baby what's wrong"

"Wet papa"

Todoroki got up and helped him out of the onesie into a new pull up. He put the onesie back on and bounced the boy again, helping him fall asleep. The rest of the night they slept peacefully. Todoroki woke up first and changed into his uniform before waking bakugou up.

"Mm papa?"

He was still little but they had class. He sighed and looked at him.

"Baby do you think you can be big until break?"

Katsuki nodded and after two minutes he was back to his normal age.
"Fuck I hate this shoto. I don't want to be-"

Todoroki cut him off "don't say it because we both know it will cause you to slip again. Change baby"

Katsuki nodded and changed out of his little clothes into his uniform. His eyes watering, todoroki felt bad so he grabbed Katsuki's favorite pacifier and put it in his bag. They walked to class, katsuki fiddling with his fingers holding back his tears. He wanted to be small so badly. Todoroki knew and he wanted to let him but he couldnt.
"Katsu during lunch let's go to the nurse and stay there ok?"

He nodded and wiping his tears off. They made it through most of the day. Soon lunch rolled around and the pair walked to the nurses. She knew why they had come in and let them stay. Katsuki started crying into todorokis chest. Todoroki out the pacifier in his mouth and calmed him down. "Recovery girl do you have something small he can eat"

"Yes I do shoto, here you go" she had walked over and handed him a yogurt. Of which he fed to katsuki. He soon calmed down entirely. He felt a warm feeling trickle down his leg and a wet spot formed in his pants. Todoroki noticed immediately and asked her for a spare uniform. He changed him to it and helped him slip out so the could head back to class.

Time skip

Class was over and the duo headed to Todoroki's dorm. The moment they stepped in katsuki slipped and gripped him. Todoroki picked him up "you did so good today my sweet little bean"

Kastuki started giggling, he looked so innocent unfazed by the abuse his mother had gave him all his life. Todoroki was going to protect him all his life.
