Demons placed deep within our hearts; their fears stabbing straight through our souls.
Everyday an endless fight, but they'll do anything to destroy your goals.Toying with your emotions, and making you insane; they just won't leave you alone! They feed on your rage and anxiety, your despair is just a snack.
Even on your brightest days, they surface like thunderstorms and cloud your aching mind. All you see is RED, it's blinding.
Pain and suffering disguised as bliss, with every kiss of the blade, your skin wears thin.
Every obstacle in your path gets destroyed in the wreckage. The innocent are scarred for life from your wrath of hatred. When it's all over, and the little monsters inside you grow tired, and your blurry vision starts to clear, you notice the damage,
And the fingers are looking at you.You hear soft laughter inside your head; your eyes like leaky kitchen sinks, stain and pierce your face.
Ashamed and restless, the guilt rising with vile up your throat. A burning so familiar runs through your entire body.
You're all alone. They will grow like lilies in the summer time, haunt you like a longing spirit.
They will drain every drop of joy from your veins like a starving parasite. They've crawled into your skin and you are now one.But your fight with the demons has only just begun.
