To elaborate on the references in image itself: it's based on a HLVRAI comic I saw on Tumblr in terms of the bubbles (aka Black Mesa sweet voice) floating around in the image, the second reference is the area itself being the final (and only) boss room in the HLVRAI series (and also technically being the final boss room in Half Life 1) with a few differences
Also the reason for TK Henry being able to use an ability that isn't even apart of the HS franchise as well as being able to change his size is because due to being the first Henry to gain sentience he also gained access to the game files
