a disease you get when you experience one-sided love. flowers start to grow in your lungs and you start to cough up flower petals. there are two ways of getting rid of the disease; getting surgery, that will also remove the romantic feelings. or, the person you love returning the feelings.

( crush ) noticed them not looking too well and asked about it. ( oc ) naively opened their mouth to respond, allowing the flower petals to fall from their mouth.
they immediately closed their mouth and ran to the bathroom, locking the door behind them.
