Personally I don't like how people will make characters gay or write about real people dating. For one- if the creator made them straight or if it's reversed that's how the author wanted it. Two- those are real people not just characters in a novel, Dovell for example. They are both happy dating other people and I'd never want anything to ruin that for them.
