You Don't Like Alex at First

Y/n's POV:

We're at Leigh's house for a movie night, just for the girls. I know it sounds crazy but I am talking about the Little Mix girls, the most amazing girl group in the world. It was such a blessing that I got to meet them and they just took me under their wings. Our age gap is between 7 and 8 years so they say I'm their baby/younger sister and I am thankful for having them in my life, they have helped me go through some rough times. We are all very close but Perrie and I have bounded the most, maybe because she's the youngest, she is my best friend, my confident, my big sister. Anyways...

I was at the kitchen getting some water when I heard the girls talking about Perrie's new boy. Don't get me wrong, I just don't want her to hurt like that little shit made her suffer years ago.

"Pez, he's hot. Are you guys going on any dates?" Jesy asked.

"We've been to one date already but our schedule is tight" Perrie said a little sad at the mention of their busy schedule. "so we are trying to go to another one soon." she said smiling

I walked back into the room getting comfortable on the floor in front of the couch they were sitting.

"Have you seen Perrie's new boyfriend, Y/s?" Leigh-Anne asked me doing a little thing with her eyebrows

"Yep, he's cool" I said not caring much about the subject and paying attention to the movie

I saw from the corner of my eyes Perrie and Jade looking at me, but they went right back to talking.

A few hours later after many movies and talks, Jade asked me to go with her into the kitchen to get some popcorn.

"Soooo, what's up?" Jade started.

I looked at her with a questioning face, "what?"

"What was that earlier about Perrie's date? You seemed a little off, you don't like him?" She asked.

"No, it's not... I just... " I took a deep breath. "I don't know, I am just worried."

She stepped closer to grab my hand "Worried about what? Do you know anything about him that she doesn't?"

"That is why I am worried, we don't know anything about him. And he's a football player, you know what they say about these players literally playing with girls heart." rolled my eyes of anger with some tears in my eyes "I just don't want Pez to go through that all over again, it was horrible to see her like that." Some tears started to fall on my cheek.

"Oh, darling" Jade said hugging me "I know you just I want to protect her and that is all I want too, but we have to give it a chance or we won't know' she explained wipping my cheeks from the tears. "Alright? I promise you I will help you beat the shit out of him if he ever do something to our Perrie."

I just laughed and hugged Jade "thank you babes, I will try not to show it as much. Just don't tell her anything"

"Of course not, but let's go back before they think we are doing the nasty" Jade said laughing.

After that night, the topic was not brought back for a few day until the day we were all at the dressing room of the concert the girls have tonight. Everybody was doing their things like make up, warm ups and God knows what, when the door to the room opened and in came Perrie with Alex right behind her. Since when did she know he was coming to the show? I was shocked.

"GIRRLS, I have someone to introduce you to" Perrie said all happy "This is Alex"

The girls were surprised too but they went to say hi to him, Jade looked at me as saying to get up. I went and introduce myself as friendly as I could, trying not to show my doubts about him and I think it went well. I decided not to stay around to confirm it so I went to get some water.
