chapter three

"Where did you go huh?!" My dad yelled. "I-." "And to top it off you stole my money." I was shaking. "Didn't think I noticed huh? I was watching you! I saw you!" He said as he threw me to the ground.

I quickly hid the cat before he started to beat me. This time it was worse, since he was pretty much drunk. "Oh, what a pretty little kitty." He said picking up the cat. The cat seemed to hiss at my dad. My dad dropped him and was about to stomp on him.

I pushed the cat out of the way only to have my wrist broken. I held in my scream and a few tears slipped out my eyes. "This is stupid, why do I have someone so useless in my hpuse?" He asked. He then pick me up by the throught and the cat and tossed us outside along with the bags of stuff I had.

He then slammed the door in my face. I weakly got up and got my things along with my new cat and walked away from the house. Knowing I was now free from him now. I was walking when I noticed a dark figure. They looked oddly familiar, when I saw them in the light I realized who it was.

It was Mr aizawa, my teacher. "Y/n?" He asked looking at me. He then rushed to me as I started to stumble. He caught me before I could fall. "What happened?" He asked. "I-its was father." I weakly said. He looked angry.

He took me off to the police station where I was to explain what happened. From when I was a kid to now. They went to my house where my father was arrested for child abuse. I was treated for my wounds and I was some how put on the news. I think because I was a student at one of the top hero schools in Japan.

To my surprise aizawa took me in. I was happy he was allowing me to stay with him. He showed me to the room I would sleep in and told me I was excused from school tomorrow. I also got to keep the new cat but he had to be healed. So he was at the vet right now.

When I woke up, i felt great. I looked at the time to see it was 12:00. I sighed and walked downstairs, there was a note on the counter in the kitchen. 'Not sure when you wake up, but help yourself to anything you want in the fridge. -aizawa' I smiled and folded up the note.

I looked in the fridge and found somethings to make lunch.

I sat down at the table and ate. After I finished I washed out the dishes. The house didn't look too clean so I decided to clean up. It was a bit dust, only in a few places. And there were clothes laying out. I sighed once I finished and saw that school was almost out.

I went to the kitchen and made dinner for aizawa and I guess some for me to eat too.

I ate my food before washing my dishes. I constantly checked up on aizawa food to make sure it wasn't cold. I was now sitting on the couch I fell asleep right when I thought I heard the door open.

Once I woke up I was back in my bed. I got up and saw a new uniform since my other one was a bit torn already. I took a shower and placed on the uniform. I walked downstairs to see aizawa cooking breakfast. "Good morning." I said.

He looked at me and slightly smiled. "Good morning y/n." He said. He placed breakfast on the table. "Thank you." I said. "Mhm." I ate my food and boy was it good. He then told me no one knows about him being my new dad except for the teachers and the principle, and that he would rather keep it a secret right now. 

He took me to school early and I stayed in there with him. The teachers were really nice and supportive. They like to joke around a lot though, well that doesn't actually bother me though. Soon it was time for class and I walked with aizawa to class. "Ok class, y/n Is back." He said as I walked in.

Everyone was whispering and staring at me, which made me feel insecure. "I don't want any false rumors going around, and I want you all to treat her with respect. Y/n You can have a seat." He said. I nodded and sat down in at my desk.

The day went on normally. It's now lunch and I was hungry. I was walking out the classroom and was stopped by kaminari. "Y/n." He said. I turned to him and smiled. "Hey kami!" I said. "You doing good?" He asked. My smile slightly faded. "Tbh,  I'm not really sure. It's a bit much to take in right now." I said with a small laugh.

"Well, I hope you feel better soon." He said with a smile. "Thanks." We then caught up with mina, kirishima, bakugo, and sero. They were all happy to see me and they were glad I was ok. I'm glad I finally have friends now, it feels nice. I sat down with the group and it seemed as if bakugo was staring at me a bit too much.

Once lunch was over I walked to class only to bump into todoroki. "Oh, sorry about that." I said. "It's fine." He said. "Are you alright?" He asked. "O-oh, yea I'm fine." I said with a smile. "Ok, let's get to class then." He said. I nodded and we walked to class. We had a small talk on the way there, he may look cold but he was really nice.

I sat down in my seat and noticed paula, but she looked upset. I decided to try and ask her after school. Today we got to practice sparring with each other. I decided to spar with todoroki. "Hey todoroki you ready?" I asked. "Yes." He said. I smiled at hum as we got ready. We got into position and he imidiantly used his ice. I turned my body into lava and melted the ice.

I made lava wings from my back and flew up. I flew down quickly and kicked todoroki making him fall down. Soon sparring ended, I had a few wounds. "Hey todoroki, you good?" I asked. "Yea, are you ok?" He asked noticing a few scratches. "Yea, it's just a few scratches that's all." I said.

"Ok." He said. Soon school ended and I caught paula before she left. "Hey uh paula, are you ok?" I asked. She looked at me with tears in her eyes before hugging me. "I'm so sorry, I never knew your situation. I was always so mean to you not knowing about what really happened." She said crying.

I sighed and hugged her back. "It's ok, don't worry your fine." I said. She then had to leave and thanked me for forgiving her. I waited for aizawa and we left for home. Once I got inside I helped him make dinner. Though he had to stop eating because he got called in for something.

I picked up my phone to watch some anime since I was bored. It was around 8 at night so I put up my phone and went to sleep. I woke to the sound of my alarm on my phone and stretched. I yawned as I got out of bed. Today was Saturday and I decided to ask aizawa if I could go outside for a walk.

I changed into a hoodie and some jeans. I headed downstairs. I made myself some cereal and ate when I saw aizawa. "Good morning." I said with a smile. "Good morning y/n." He said. I got up and made him some eggs and fluffy pancakes as he struggled to stay awake.

I set the plate of food down on the table for him along with a cup of coffee. "You need more sleep." I said. "That's kinda hard." He said. "Ok, oh can I go on a walk today?" I asked. "Yea, go ahead." He said. "Thanks, see ya later." I said before leaving. On my walk I ran into someone familiar. "Y/n?"
