my phone starts binging loudly. i struggle to open my eyes to see the bright sun shinning through my windows. i check the time on my tv that will still left on from last night.
i woke up early today
i grab my phone

i slide open my phone using the face id and open the group chat

james: Good morning ladies!!
dixie: hello everyone 😌
brandie: wasssuupppp everyone
james: josieee!! wake up!!!
dixie: is everyone excited to move into our new house in 3 days 😁😁
brandie: you already know 🤑 we should get a dog
james: YESS A PUPPYYYY

james: hmm maybe.

josie: y'all are so loud omg. but yes i'm excited. and yes i want a dog
josie: i still haven't packed 😐
i turn on phone off and i walk downstairs and grab my sweet tea from the fridge.
"good morning!" i hear my stepmom say from the kitchen. "how are josie?" she asks.
"i'm doing good. where is mom?" i ask confused. "she's getting her nails done. have you packed yet? i can make you a list of some things you might want to bring?" she offers.
"yeah that would be nice thank you. i'm gonna go get some food. can i take your car?" i ask her.
"sure just be safe!" she says while looking at her magazine.
"okay thank you." i tell her. i grab the sunglasses off of the table.
then i grab my keys off of the hook and my drivers license
as soon as i get into the car i turn on the car and connect my blue tooth.
i play supermodel and drive to mcdonalds
