POV: Adonis

Where is the note I wrote? I started checking everywhere in the house especially the balcony. Where I wrote it did it fly away? Maybe it did I quickly descended the stairs to go and check it in the garden. It should be there if by any chance it flew away with the wind.

My dad and mom were sitting there in the garden how am I going to look around in the garden while my mom is there. I can't either have a secret conversation with dad if my mom was there. She can easily hear what am telling him.

It was awkward that they were there so I pretended I was saying hi to them and took a u-turn back to my room. I was scared a lot the whole time that my mom will find the letter. should I simply ask my dad or should I just consult the empire Wiseman to see where my letter is, but again why am I panicking this much there is no clue who she is and if my mom gets it she won't understand if she is a human or not. No, I am super scared my mom is evil what if she decides to kill her? I am super scared. No way can I let my mom hurt her. I just visited her for the first time last night. I still have a lot more things I want to do in her dreams before I meet her.

It is also her birthday I want her to enjoy her day. Why didn't I just send her the letter? If I didn't change my mind on sending I don't think this would have been a thing at all. What should I do now? I don't know and I kept checking the balcony to see if my mom and dad are done talking. Why don't they just argue because that is what they always do? I think they are having such a sweet evening today maybe that's why they decided to go to the back garden which faces the lake.

I gave up on waiting and decided to go back to my dad and try to convince him to talk to me. As I was descending the stairs I saw Margret entering through the front door I for sure didn't want to meet her so my only way was to turn back again. I don't think she will come to my room and knock.

I ran back to my room and closed my door. Margret is my mom's best friend's daughter, her mate died before she could meet him, so basically my mom wants me to be with Margret. She chose Margret over her son that is why she even decided to hide who my met is from me. If it wasn't for my dad I would have never known that Anna is my soul mate. So you are probably wondering why I am panicking if she already knows. well, my mom only knows my mate's name is Anna there is nothing more she knows, and most importantly not that she is a human. She also doesn't know that I know who my met is she lied to me that Margret is my mate even though I don't feel the mate connection towards her.

Sometimes I wonder why she never gives up on me. I am sure she has more options than me especially from those who also lost their mates. I was still trying to figure out what was happening when there was a knock on my door who could it be. I hope it isn't her. I stood up to open my door to my amazement there was Margret.

"What do you want?" I looked at her with an attitude.

"Nothing I was just checking on you and was wondering if we could go out together for today?" she seemed and wanting some reassurance but that wouldn't be from me no matter what.

"No I am not going anywhere I have so much to do and I am busy" which was true because I lost a later that can put Anna in problems.

"I know you have nothing to do Adonis, you are just ignoring me and don't want me to remember you don't have a mate either, and even if you do you will still end up with me. Your sister calls me ugly but she didn't see how cute and pretty I am. She always mocks my looks that I sometimes wonder if you can get someone cuter than I am. I mean look at my long pink hair and my flawless face my eye-piercing blue eyes. You are also missing out that I am as well a good cook and slim enough to be carried around the house. Well about missing out on that it is your fault because you are ignoring me." Omg her words are funny who is she to decide whom I am going to end up with when am the prince of this kingdom and soon to be the king in a year after I turn twenty. She is talking about her beauty a lot I guess she hasn't yet seen Anna, and it shows.
