Love.

Love is an amazing feeling; it can bring you happiness by just being around that one person. Sometimes it feels like you're flying high above the clouds and never want to go back down, sometimes it makes you feel free like an eagle fluttering across the sky without a care in the world, it can bring joy and sometimes not being around that one person could make you feel alone and trapped because you crave their touch and presence all the time and don't want to go without it. Loving someone is about accepting them for who they are, what they do, and just everything about them. It's not just a one-off thing for when you feel like doing it, it's an intense feeling like a raging fire burning but the water is always there to put it back out. It's so intense that sometimes the feeling is unexplainable, it's just too great and one of the best feelings of the world.

But it can also hurt like hell. It can rip you up into pieces until there's nothing left. It can shatter and tear your heart, leaving it broken and unfixable. It can be tough, love definitely isn't easy, because if you want love you have to go through pain. You have to suck it up and deal with that pain for love. Love can be like a demon crawling inside of you but can also be the perfect angel sitting on your shoulder. It's not easy.

Especially when the person you love is gone.
