The Cullen's, a family or coven made up of vampires specifically Cold Ones, were spending their day at home where they can relax and be who they are without eyes following their every move. Their coven leader Carlisle Cullen was looking at the paperwork of different hospitals wondering where he was going to apply next to take his family. Though Forks, a place where they all loved due to the weather being to their liking, was winning after all the Cullen's haven't been there in decades. Esme, the coven's matriarch was sat next to her husband, reading culinary books wanting to try out recipes to give to shelters that were near the areas. Emmet and Jasper were playing an intense game of Mario Kart, both knowing that the noise would bother Rosalie, who was finishing her homework while occasionally glaring at the two boys near the TV preparing on unleashing hell on them. Edward chuckling occasionally due to being able to hear Rosalie's thoughts at the same time playing the keys on the piano since he had nothing better to do. Then there was Alice, who was coming in holding a bowl that she just made for her ceramics class, which she was extremely proud of, grinning at her family. However, instantly she froze when a vision struck her and Edward who stood up with a smile that had their family on their feet.

"Really, are you sure?"

Amusement can be heard clearly in his voice that made every single one of them turn even Jasper and Emmet which made them lose their game, but neither were bother since their attention was on the two people who can see the visions that Alice produces. 

"Edward, Alice what did you two see that has you two amused and excited?" asked Carlisle, taking a break from reading the job applications.

"Oh my god, I'm so excited!" Alice squealed, her golden eyes shining brightly. Edward, amused by her reaction, laughed thinking about how their life's are about to change. But oh how right he was after all Jasper wasn't the only one that was going to be surprised. " I think Jasper should be the one squealing about this more than you should be."

Jasper, though amused by Edward's respond, asked, " Squealing about what exactly?". He glanced at his family in all but blood before turning his gaze back to Alice and Edward. Alice, unable to hide her happiness, yelled out, " looks like your about to get a girlfriend Jazz and us a sister!" 

Jasper froze unable to comprehend what was told well, more like yelled at, by Alice. And so the only thing he could really say in his moment of shock was "what?"

 Amused glances were shared by members of his family finding it funny that one of their composed and calm of the brother was dumbly looking at the wall behind them. Finally on what seemed like forever did he composed himself did he asked what the hell did they saw.

Rosalie, who was slightly giggling at Jaspers expression, spoke with a teasing tone in her voice, "That'll will be a sight, him with a girlfriend, are you sure it's not some other boy?"

" Yes, but the only thing is that she's a human." Edward said looking at Jasper who tensed at hearing what he said, clenched his jaw feeling the eyes of his family. Jasper knew the risks after all he was the who has the hardest time controlling himself for his thrist when it involves human blood which was hard enough going to school being surrounded by human blood bags. It left him wondering how he was going to control himself with his mate being something that he is going to be craving. 

" The hell Jasper seriously!" snapped Rosalie, glaring at Jasper as if he had an control over who his mate was. 

Esme, who has heard the tone in her voice, ordered "Rosalie! Control yourself." Then glanced at Jasper with a soft look that can be described as motherly said, " Everything going to be alright we don't know how it is until we get there." 

"Don't worry Jazz everything's going to be ok, in fact it's going to be amazing your not the only one who's going to love her. She will be a great addition to our family." Alice told Jasper. Emmet moved from his spot to sit next to his wife said while grinning, " That's great isn't it will be great to finally embarrass Jasper in front of this girl." 

" Well, I can't wait to take her shopping with me and asking for fashion advice since from what I saw is that she must have an amazing choice of clothing in her closet." Alice said while gathering paint brushes to finish her bowl and at the same time thinking what stores she should take her new friend to. 

Carlisle watched her with an amused smile on his face said, " You haven't even met her and your already going to snoop into her closet to judge her style in clothing." He looked at Jasper who had a blank face instantly began to worry knowing how uncomfortable he must be feeling about the idea of his mate being human girl was making him. 

"Although I agree with you Alice, you should calm yourself after all we don't want her to get the a fear of you taking her near a store I do still get chills when you go into your shopping mode." Edward jokingly shudders to add into the dramatic effect. Rosaline and Esme laugh at this since they have been victims of Alice's shopping sprees in the past. Alice meanwhile playfully glares at Edward, who laughs with Emmet. 

"Why can't she be my mate Jazz can't believe how lucky you are for picking someone who clearly has an amazing taste in fashion and is beautiful," Alice said, frowning.  

Jasper glares, finally speaking up, " I haven't picked anyone," was all he said before storming away out of the house needing a moment to think without an audience. " Can't wait to see how this will play out maybe we take a break from his moody brooding days," Emmet said while smirking at his family who looked at him unamused. " yea maybe it will increase it never know until we get there." Said, Edward. 

"Will his decision change if he chooses to not pursue her?" Asked Rosalie, Alice who had a familiar far away look on her face said with a smirk as she finished with her vision. "Nope, no change has been made." Then suddenly she frown which caused others to worry. "What?" asked Carlisle "What Happened?" 

"Nothing it's just for a moment there's a blank area in her future which worry's me since that only happens when someone dies but it was only for a few moments." said Alice as she said this the members in her family began to worry about her after all she was a human and Jasper's mate. " I have a feeling that Forks isn't what it was since the last time we were there."

It's been a few months since Alice vision that had everyone mostly Jasper on edge after hearing what might happen to his mate after he stormed off. By that time Carlisle had applied and been accepted to Forks hospital and had the kids registered in Forks High School for their freshman year and had moved into their home that they had all missed.

Jasper who was was sitting next to Alice in the study reading asked, "Are you sure your right?," with a worried tone in his voice. Alice who wore a gentle smile only said one word which was "yes."

But had he known the hardships and romance he was going to experience in his years at Forks he would have asked more questions since he didn't think it was going to be all that he imagined it to be. But he would have been confident that he didn't had any regrets into loving the beautiful and smart entity that was named Amelia Forbes.
