I feel my heart beat so fast, but just in a moment I saw the old man look at me and give me a smile.. So I relax myself..

Now can you write something on a board? He asked.

Okay Sir! So I grab the Mark pen on a table and went through the board to write something on it..

S to the O to the M to the E to the T to the H to the I to the N to  the G..

Yes you read it right. I write SOMETHING on the board. What would you expect for me to write. He ask me to write SOMETHING, so I did!

CLAP CLAP CLAP!👏👏👏👏

I heard a big clap from the old man...

That was impressive! Let me tell you something! He said.

What is it sir! I asked.

Your hired! He said.

Wha- ahh —tt... Seriously sir! You gonna be kidding me, but you did not interview me yet! You just ask me to write something on a board? Then now you said I'm hired. What was that.!I ask him curiously.

I was impressed how smart you are. Only you give me a right answer in the first thing I asked. He said..

You mean... I asked.

What I mean to say is that, out of 15 applicants I have interviewed today. I asked them to write something on a board but what they do is that, they write whatever they want to write on the board. All I ask to them is to write something but they don't get my point! But you! You get it clever girl! He explained.

Ohh—ohh.. All I said for I can't believe that what I was thinking he ask for is that was he's thinking too..

But I still asked you some further questions even if your hired! He said. Now you can sit down. He added.

So I sit on chair on the other side of the table..

Now  tell me something about yourself he asked.
