and with that, he left. ayaka was finally able to catch her breath again.

she was probably as red as a tomato but she couldn't care less. her mind was almost exploding with only one thought.

" but my tosses are terrible. ", she whined.

" fine. ", she mumbled and walked over to the small group of volleyball players.

konoha threw the ball to ayaka, making her set the ball. to her surprise, it actually worked. akinori was able to spike the ball instantly over net, creating a loud thud.

" wow ! we're not the only ones improving. good job ! ", komi exclaimed, giving a girl a high five.

" thank you, komi-san. ", she smiled brightly.

" bokuto, you should've seen that ! ", the libero yelled.

" oh no, i missed it. ", the captain answered pouting.

they continued to practice until their coach told them to gather up.

" you did really good today but i want to remind all of you that if you want to win the nationals, you have to be even better. ", yamiji-sensei said.

" we also have some news. ", yukie announced, searching for a page in her notebook.

as ayaka noticed that she couldn't find it, she hesitantly took the lead.

" uhm, we organised a couple of training matches for the following weeks. we'll play against nekoma this friday afternoon. next weekend we'll visit aobai johsai in miyagi- "

" oh ! can we visit karasuno as well ? i haven't seen hinata and tsukki in for ever. ", bokuto cut her off.

" bokuto, you'll run fifteen laps for disrespecting your manager. ", the coach announced.
