A few years later...
" Mom.. I've actually been thinking.. " Ryan said as we were at the dinner table. " what? "
" Ive actually been signing applications for college and.. "
" I passed.. " my eyes light up.

" YOU PASSED? "

" Yes mom I did.. "

" CONGRATS RYAN! "

" Mom.. you don't get it do you? "

" What? "

" the college I have to go to is in Paris ... "

I looked at Ryan. " I'm very proud of you Ryan... I know you can do this. "

" So what Im trying to say is... can I go? "

I nodded. " mom.. I leave in 4 days "
" Then we'll make the next 4 days the best of it! " He smiled and hugged me. " thanks mom!!! "

We continued eating dinner. The door then opened then closed.
Austin came back from the studio.
" Hey babe. " I said getting up and kissing him. I put mine and Ryan's plates in the dishes.

" How was the studio? " I took a sip of my water. " it was great.. "

" DAD guess what!!! "

" What? " Austin was now smiling.

" I GOT ACCEPTED TO A COLLEGE IN PARIS! " his smile faded.

" You can't go. "

" But dad! "

" I said you can't go! AND THATS FINAL "

" FUCK! You guys tell me to follow MY dreams. How the hell do I follow my dreams when I can't go to school? " Ryan ran upstairs. Austin looked at me and then ran upstairs to our room. I followed austin.

" Baby " I said and lightly knocked on the door. " come in " I heard. I opened the door and closed it.

" You know you should apologize to Ryan.. "

" I know.. its just.. I've been gone for years and I only see him when he goes to work and I go to the studio and when I get home he's sleeping. well not like today.. "

" Uh.. How about... - "

" HOW ABOUT WE MOVE TO PARIS? " Austin blurts out.

" No please don't " Ryan says passing by our room.

I laugh. " We can just visit him at some times. or when he isn't busy. "

" Alright.. I'm gonna go apologize "

" Good. NOW GO! Well actually I'm gonna sleep now. so goodnight! " I kiss his lips and he says goodnight back. After I hear him close the door I soon fall asleep.
