"But I'm gonna miss you" complained Tanya
"You can see me on the holidays" I replied
"But it won't be the same"
That was Tanya, she is upset about me moving to my new boarding school and honestly so am I. I love my school in Mississippi and now I'm moving to a boarding school all the way to New York.
"Promise you will text and call me everyday" Tanya said as she sat on my bed.
"Okay okay I promise" I said while I continued packing.
"Sweetie are you ready yet" my mum called from downstairs.
"Give me a minute" I shouted back
Me and Tanya looked at each other and hugged tightly as we sobbed. After a good minute we went downstairs and walked to the car. My eyes were puffy and tears strolled down my face as I got in.
I gave a final wave to Tanya and she waved back with a faint smile.
