Villain name: Alley cat
Quirk: Shadow. The user of shadow can manipulate shadows into any form or object/weapon, like a sword or rope-like capture weapon. The shadow can become hard or soft depending on the object it's formed into silencing her jump. (Like black alley cat) Can teleport through the shadows and is nearly invisible when in shadows(like pitch black). Can use other people's shadows during the day if needed. Can also form animals or creatures out of the shadows and give them life. They will come when called and have their own personalities. They blend into the shadows except for their glowing eyes. They will act like a real animal but will be tame and only follow her words.

Siblings/Family: Deku(Brother), AFO (Father), Midnight (Step-Mother), Momo (Step-Sister), Toga (sister by friendship), Inko (On life support but BIO mom)
Love interest: Dabi (if things play out right), any other villain/vigilante.
