Abir and Mishti were sitting in the taxi quietly. Tears were rolling down their cheeks. Their faces portrayed the hurt they were feeling in their hearts. Abir was questioning his partner why they always have to get hurt every time. Why do the people they consider family always use them and hurt them for their own benefits, were they not worthy and deserving of their family's love?.
His thoughts were disturbed when the taxi driver stopped the car. He frowned but immediately left the car in a hurry when Mishti bolted from the car. He ran after her calling her name. Mishti found herself standing before the temple. Abir caught up with her and he stood beside her.
Rage filled Mishti's heart and she entered the temple. She let out a heart wrenching scream which not only broke Abir's heart but also caught the attention of the other people who were also present. She let out all that she was feeling inside her heart.
God why, why do you always have to put us through difficult circumstances every time. Don't we deserve some happiness in our lives?Mishti angrily shouted.
Abir went to her and tried to calm her down but she refused and told him to let her question God on why they always have to suffer injustice. Mishti continued asking God what mistake they did to always suffer. She couldn't take it anymore and fell down.
Abir couldn't take it anymore too and he also got down and embraced her in his arms. They cried their hearts out while holding onto each other. Looking at them, one would feel sad and pity for them. The priest came and asked them why they were so hurt and angry with the Almighty. They explained to him how God had been unfair to them and how they were losing their faith in him.
The priest consoled them and told them that God always test the strong ones. Abir told him that they were tired of being strong and the only thing they want and ever wanted was to be happy. After a lengthy chat with the priest, mishbir felt a little better and went to Rajvansh house.
Abir stopped at the door step of the Rajvansh house. He had a different feeling of this house. Before he used to leave the house when he felt suffocated but he still felt that it was his home but today it didn't feel like home at all what he wasn't aware of was that his wife was having the same feelings as him. They looked at each other and immediately understood what the other one was thinking.
Hand in hand they went up to their room and started packing. They didn't want to spend another minute in that house. Abir called Jugnu and asked him to help them put their stuff in the car. Jugnu quietly did as he was told. He completely understood them and even though he was going to miss mishbir, he knew that it was for the best that they left the house. He was a witness to all the injustice done to these two beautiful souls.
Mishti saw Abir looking around the now empty room and went and back hugged him. She knew that her husband loved his room as this was his safe haven for many years. It also became hers when she married him. Abir took a deep breath, turned and hugged her. They stayed in their embrace for a while and with one final look at what used to be their room, they left with a promise of starting a new.
