My quirk is poison-touch and body-control so poison-touch is activated all the time so i have to wear gloves that aren't affected by my quirk (like shigaraki wears gloves so he doesnt hurt anyone he cares about) and body-control all I have to do is look at someone for 5 seconds without breaking eye contact and I can control them for as long as I need but if I use it too long then I'll either faint or get a headache.
