Part 13: Fortunate/Unfortunate events

This morning was perfect. It was sunny and hot, and the 3 boys seemed to be happy. " How is everyone? " Sapnap asked. The couple smiled and gave a positive answer. As George was looking in every corner of the kitchen, he asked Dream where the coffee was. " What do you mean you don't have any? What kind of person doesn't have coffee in their house? " Nick proposed to go grab a drink at the closest breakfast place, he told them he'd pay for it. No one refused his offer. The men went to the location and entered the shop. A young man walked up to them and turned around to lead them to a table. When they first saw his face with a quick glance, everything seemed fine until...

" Darryl?!? " Nick, Clay and George all screamed in harmony. " What the fuck are you doing here? " Dream asked curiously. " Language! And also don't scream! Customers are looking at us with weird facial expressions. While I can see you Dream, happy birthday even if it was some time ago! Oh is that why you guys are all together today? " Darryl was obviously very excited to see his friends, and so were they. After answering all of Bad's questions, Dream asked again why he was here. They learned he had started working here a couple of months ago to make extra money. George wondered why he needed more cash, as he was already making a lot from his streams. " I mean really, you probably get at least a thousand dollars worth of troll donations per stream, now add the wholesome donos. You make a lot. " " My older sister is getting married in september, but she doesn't realize marriage is about love and union, not about money. Her wedding is very expensive and makes every guest pay around 14 000$ just to attend it. She also wants us to pay 300 for the meal, and a gift of at least 600. I know you must think I'm crazy, but it's my sister and I could never miss her wedding. " ( Yes I love to add a lot of details lmao ok shhhh ;) ) They were all left in shock. The boys sat at their table as Darryl took their orders. George waited for Darryl to walk away. " That is...very expensive. " " Yes, if one of my sisters makes me pa- " Clay got cut off by Nick. " Yeah man! I'd never pay this much for a wedding, not even if it was my own. " Dream gave a subtle frustrated stare to Sapnap, which he didn't notice. " Here's your coffee, 1 2 3! " " My god, Bad, you look way too excited to be working here right now. " Sapnap giggled. They started drinking their beverages. After they were done and talked for some time, Clay said it was time to go back home. Nick had to let him know he needed to use the shop's restroom before going back. " Wait for me Sap, I'm going too. " George told him. After 10 minutes of standing near the exit door, Dream got bored and worried because no one takes 10 minutes to piss. He knocked on the door while calling their names. " George? Nick? Is everything ok? " The 2 boys came out laughing. " What's funny, what jokes have you told? " " No nothing. " They stopped laughing, but were still smiling.

No one talked until they came back home. Nick asked if he could watch a movie on the tv, to which he replied with yes. George wanted to join him, and in the end Dream did too. " How about this movie? The title sounds interesting. " Proposed Sapnap. " Oh actually, there's this really good mov- " Dream got cut off by his boyfriend. " Omg yes Sap that one looks so cool, let's watch it. " Clay kept his mouth shut and accepted the fact that they were not going to watch his favorite film. Not too long in it, Nick put his left arm around George, who was in the middle. Dream was mad, but didn't tell them. " Where are you going? " The Texas boy asked as the American was getting up. " Don't mind me, I need the bathroom. " He made sure to close the door behind him and locked it.

Oh. I feel like I need to tell you guys this, because a lot of you don't want this to happen; No matter how bad things are going for the boys, the end of the story for this book will be a happy ending. :D
