It was initially founded by Kim Doyoung and Kim Jungwoo on the 12th of June 2020, making the company one of the oldest of its kind. Currently, the company has undergone some changes, the new CEO being none other than Jang Dahye, also known by her stage name Heize.
The company's headquarters are located in Seoul , South Korea , but it accepts trainees from all over the world .
It is currently home for two of the top best selling groups : Selene and Helios, as well as our soloists Heize and Jiseol.
