13-Sleepy time

You chuckled a little at the distant cries of Joseph before knocking on Josuke's door gently.

After hearing some shuffling and some mutterings from behind the door,Josuke emerged from his room.

"Oh hey!—uh come right in,I was just cleaning the place a little." He smiled whilst scratching the back of his neck timidly.

"Oh you didn't have to do that." You responded as he stepped aside for you to walk in.

You stepped in and got hit with the scent of nice cologne and lavender.It was welcoming to say the least.

The room it self wasn't too big and wasn't too small,his bed was up against a cabinet sideways with a TV at the foot of the bed.

The floor was clear aside for some stray clothes leaking from the laundry bin but for the most part it was spotless.

"I'll let you get settled in while I go take a shower,feel free to flick through the movies." He said before leaving the room to the bathroom

You took notice of the box in the corner he pointed too that must the be the moves.

You walked over and kneeled down in front of said box and looked in.

There was an array of different moves,there was action,horror,comedy and a few romance.

The most prominent being that of comedy which you found pretty endearing.

You smiled and flicked through,scanning for any for your likening.

You soon cast your eyes on the movie 'Nightmare on elm street'. Your eyes lit up on laying eyes on the DVD.

It was a classic,and I mean it's funny in some parts.It's a good mix of what you assumed was his taste with some added spook.

You stood back up and put yourself onto the bed and shuffled over to the DVD player underneath his TV.

You opened the disk case and slid the disk in.You scrolled past all the ads and other promotional crap and paused it at the warning.

You kinda sat there until he came back from the shower which was only about 10 minutes.

When he entered the room—it was a sight.

Messy violet hair,still damp from the shower.He still had a towel that he was drying his hair with until he threw it to the side next to the laundry bin.

You couldn't help but turn a lil pink at the cheeks as he walked closer.

You shuffled over to the side to make room for him.

"What did ya pick?" He asked leaning over to look at the case.

"Nightmare on elm street,is that good?" You perked up at his question.

His eyes seemed to light up a little too as he nodded and got into bed.He looked over at you and patted the space next to him as well as lifting covers in an inviting way.

You couldn't resist but crawl over and worm your way under the blankets next to the boy.

You saw him grab the remote and press play as the intro started.

About 20 minutes into the movie your eyes started to droop and become clouded with sleep.You tried your best to pry your eyes wide open but all attempts failed.

You sighed before sinking down into the pillow.

Josuke however seemed wide awake,whether he was putting a front on or not he seemed nowhere near sleepy.

He heard the soft thud of your head against his pillow,looking down at you to see your eyes have nearly completely shut.

He smiled before shifting under the covers too.

You looked slightly up at the taller teen and hummed as he pulled the covers a bit higher over your form.

The two of you seemed to drift off in an instant with the sound of Freddy Krueger maniacally laughing in the background.

You were first to awake from slumber due to the slice of sunlight beaming through Josuke's window without remorse.

You grunted and tried to lift the covers up to cover you but you couldn't.

You couldn't move your arms,and at this time you were sure they might've been numb so you waited.

Then you panicked when you couldn't lift them up after the time.

You hurried to unsleepy your eyes only to see that Josuke had wrapped his strong arms around your form tight.

It had locked your arms in place and had your head resting gently on his chest.

You instantly started to glow red as you heard him shift a little and pull you in closer.

You lay there for a couple more minuets before now trying to wake him up by shuffling around in his grip the best you could.

Soon enough your movement caused the purple haired boy to open his eyes only to widen them when seeing he had trapped you within his grasp

"I'm so sorry." He shout whispered at you,his voice low and sleepy as he pulled his arms from you.

"It's alright." You giggled a little to make light of the predicament,he returned a lopsided grin and rubbed his eyes,stretching upwards to sit against his headboard.

You took this as a queue to do the same as you moved upwards,both of you gathering yourselves and ridding the sleep from your bodies.

You sighed leaning back,looking up at Josuke as he played with his hair with a frustrated look on his face.

You were about to say something when all of a sudden Joseph burst in,nearly knocking the door off it's hinges.

"Rise and shineee~" He sung with a sultry smirk on his face.

The two of you snapped your heads over to the brunette with a look of pure hate and annoyance.

Joseph regretted his earlier actions with a worried grin.

"Haha—breakfasts done!" He yelped running away at the speed of sound and seemingly tripping down the stairs with a thud and a satisfying 'Owww'.

You and Josuke giggled at Joseph and considered the stair tripping good enough payback for barging in.

And with that you both parted ways with you going downstairs and Josuke treading over to the bathroom.
