Into the water

"CAS?!?!?!" I yell running into the water. He sinks out of sight. "DEAN!!!" Sam charges in after me. I dive under the surface. I see a body float to the bottom, and swim after it. My lungs are screaming, but I keep swimming down. My vision around my eyes start going black.'NO NO NO!!!' I scream To myself, urging my body to go Further. Just as I reach him, my lungs give out. Bubbles float to the surface. "No....." I have been defeated. Well, it wouldn't be my first time going to hell. I close my eyes and wait For it to happen. I float to the bottom. I land on the muddy sand, while blackness surrounds me.

"Come on Dean! Wake up!!" I hear a familiar, worried voice call. I start coughing up water. "S....... Sam?" I replied weekly, squinting my eyes. "Yeah. Yeah. It's me buddy. Its me. Just hang in there. " he says breathing a sigh of relief. "Where........ Where's cas.." My vision starts going blackagain. "Just hang in there buddy. I called the ambulance. " He says putting my head on his lap, completely dodging the question. "Sam........ Where is he..." I say as the ambulance Sirens are close enough to hear. "Shhh. Shhh. Its ok. The paramedics are hear." He says as the paramedics lift me onto a stretcher and wheel me to the ambulance. My eyelids start to close. "Hello? Sir? Can you here me? Can you tell me you name?" "De.......... Dean.." I reply slipping into unconsciousness. On of the paramedics lifts one of my eyelids and shines a flash light into it. "Stay with us Dean. We're almost there."
I don't retain consciousness.
