On his phone the article stated, "'Banquet of The Moon' being held tonight at 9:45 pm by McKade along with his mate Celine guests are expected to wear all white as is tradition from our deceased ancestors" I rolled my eyes at the article and set Jesse's phone on the table, getting up looking outside my wolf in me wanting to go for a run, but I shushed her "if you want to go for a run, I can stay here and watch the house?" Jesse castes a slight pitied glance my way after he stated his offer to me, I chuckled a little at him reading my wolf's thoughts then looked at him, "If you are okay being here while I do?" I questioned back unbuttoning my blouse and walking to the bathroom getting undressed while laying my clothes on the counter top next to Jesse's black bag. I began feeling my bones move to take my wolf's form as I shifted, my wolf scratched at the bathroom door only to be let out by Jesse slightly chuckling to himself, "what are you laughing at J?" my wolf giving him a curious look as I mind linked him "nothing Cecil just that you are so uptight when you're in your human form, yet once you get into your wolf form you are much nicer, I almost prefer you this way" he explained ending it with a howling fit of laughter. My wolf nipped at his leg making Jesse yip grabbing his leg glaring at me.

"I am going to be out for a little while, not long. Just don't ruin my house!" I hollered back at him as I took off towards the bay window he had entered through earlier, jumping over the rail and into the woods-as my front paws hit the ground the smell of the grass and trees hit me all at once letting me relax. 

 Jesse's POV

I watched her run off into the woods and decided to watch a show on tv, I grabbed the remote and flicked onto the news channel grimacing at the gruesome scene of a dead body on the news, I switched the channel to a comedy show that was only appearing on weekdays at 10:35 in the afternoon to 9 am in the morning.
