Personality: Kind of scary due to (Terrifying Presence), a (Lady Killer) but he's oblivious to the fact, Very Intelligent, has poor charisma so he doesn't inspire anything really, a bit murderous but so is everyone in the wasteland, he kind of believes in god after he returned from Zion, he mostly does stuff for a price (Except on certain situations), regretful after accidentally nuking a town and even more after realizing he nuked it beforehand, sorta addicted to mentats(Brainless and Heartless makes it easier to go longer and reduces the negatives of withdraw) 

Likes: Talking with his brain(Yes I'm having him carry his brain around), watching enemies fly after a explosive round from his Anti-Material Rifle, ED-E, guns, science, the NCR (somewhat)

Dislikes: the Legion, abominations like the carriers, the Brotherhood of Steel (somewhat, mostly just how they operate), the entire Sierra Madre, Marked Men

Educated: changed to where six has the equivalent of a masters degree along with basic education like mathematics and some religious education (Because of The Burned Man)

Every clinic implant except for intelligence: increases special stats by 1, gives natural DT, slowly regenerates health

Big Empty implants: (Only two matter) faster sneak speed, better health from food and regenerate AP on consumption of food

Implant GRX: Slows down time 5 times a day

Solar Powered: gives +2 to strength and regenerates health while in sunlight

Hand loader: Changed to always getting gun cases and hulls

Junk Rounds: Can somehow create a perfectly functional bullet using junk metal like cans and the bullet casing

Jury Rigging: Can repair a item using a other item that works similarly to it, like metal armor to power armor or a varmint rifle to a sniper rifle

Night Person: gives low light vision in the dark

Light Step: traps and alarm systems never go off or detect you

Living Anatomy: knows how tough the enemy is, how healthy they are, and can hit more fatal areas of the body

Long Haul: changed to using ap to walk normaly if you are over encumbered

Mister Sandman: kill someone in their sleep

Strong back: can carry more

Mysterious Stranger: sometimes he will appear and either instantly kill your target or just badly damage them

Ranger Takedown: you can knockdown people/creatures in vats

Silent Running: you are treated as if you are standing still when moving while sneaking

Robotics Expert: can deactivate robots if you sneak up on them, does more damage against machines, Added can repair machines with scrap

Scribe Counter: too lazy to test out what exactly it does but you activate it by swinging your fist after blocking

Sniper: Easier to land headshots

Bloody mess: chance to absolutely gore the enemy, turning them into a pile of flesh

Broad daylight: can sneak in highly bright sources like it's pitch black

Tough Guy: somehow your bones are stronger from breaking so damn much

The Professional: sneak attacks with pistols or smgs deal more damage

Weapons Handling: every weapon requires 2 less strength to wield

Terrifying Presence: can start combat and terrify your opponent, making them run for their lives

Them's Good Eatin': any creature you kill has a 50% chance to drop blood sausages or thin red paste

Traits (Having three because wild wasteland is best)

Skilled: +5 to all skills but learn at a slower rate

Trigger discipline: shoot slower but more accurate

Wild Wasteland: Memes, jokes, and references oh my!
