"You should come! I promise it will be fun!" Katie squealed. "I don't want too. I don't trust Slytherins and I dont want to go to one of their parties." I frowned. "Pleaseeeee Angel? I don't want to go alone." Katie begged me. Katie is my best friend in the entire world. She's been my friend since first year, we're about to go into sixth, and were Hufflepuff's. "Pleaseeeee! I'll have a chance to speak to Malfoy. And you know how much I like him..." She pouted. "Urghhhhhh! Fine!" I finally gave in but I know I'm making the wrong decision. "YESSS THANKS!" She hugged me and ran to her bedroom. I live with Katie and her family because my parents were killed by Bellatrix Lestrange, last year. Her parents were kind enough to take me in. "Come on, We're going shopping!" She said grabbing my arm and pulling me out of the room.
By the time we got to the stores in London it was 1:30pm. We had to be at the party by 6:40 otherwise we wouldn't be allowed in. That for us, is no time at all, we take ages shopping and the spend hours on makeup and hair. But I really don't want to go. After around 3 hours shopping we had finally found the PERFECT outfits. Katie bought a black, leather pencil skirt with a yellow tube top, along with some black heels. I bought some black and yellow camouflage patterned jogger style pants with a black tube top and black shoes. We headed straight home so we could do our makeup and hair. The way home was quite funny if I'm honest. Katie was brainstorming what she was going to say to Malfoy whilst I tried my hardest to talk her out of liking him, as I do every day. Honestly, I don't understand why she likes him . His family are nothing but evil. He's nothing like his family, he's so misunderstood! is what she always tells me! Anyways! I'm just cant wait for the party to end. I'm only coming to make sure Katie stays safe whilst she's here.
Once we arrived home we went our separate ways, into our bedrooms and began to get ready. The outfit looked quite cute but it really wasn't something you would expect to see me in. Especially because I'm the most innocent Hufflepuff there is. I haven't had my first kiss or anything yet. I've never drank, never even had a boyfriend. I swear now and again, but who doesn't? I guess I'm just boring. I put my hair in a high pony and curled it. I did a small amount of makeup which conclued of a natural base, with winged eyeliner, clear lipgloss and some lashes. I don't like to do my makeup. I looked at myself in the mirror and sighed. I can't believe I'm doing this. There was a knock on my bedroom door, I quickly jumped up to unlock it, finding Katie stood outside, looking literally perfect, as she always does. Katie is a perfectionist whenever it comes to style. She had done a yellow and black smokey eye, with a winger eyeliner and light pink lipstick. "OMGGGG! YOU LOOK AMAZING!" I squealed. "No I don't! I literally had to rush or we would be late but it will do! YOU LOOK STUNNING!" She smiled. "Awwwwww! Thankyou!" I blushed. We grabbed our bags and headed to the location that Katie had been given by Cedric Diggory. Cedric is hot! But he's way out of my league! I mean..why would he like someone like me!
Katie texted Cedric to tell him we were here. "Okay, I'll be out in a second, otherwise they won't let you in :)" He replied. Within seconds he was outside. "Hey!" He smiled at Katie, giving her a hug. Katie's quite a popular Hufflepuff, everyone just knows me as her innocent bestfriend. I looked at my shoes as they hugged. "Hi, I don't think we have met properly? I'm Cedric Diggory." He smiled holding his hand out for me to shake it . My head quickly snapped up and I blushed slightly. "Oh..uhm..Hi! I'm Angel. Heirwood." I blushed even brighter, hoping you couldn't see it under the makeup I was wearing, as I shook his hand. Told you I'm irrelevant to everyone. He didn't even know I existed and my bestfriend is the most popular girl in Hufflepuff!
