?: Hello... Earth to stranger. Is this guy mute? Maybe I should try sign language.

The man proceeds to do bad sign language to the poor boy.

D: what the hell are you doing
I'm sorry um where am I and did you do anything to me while I was sleeping?
?: I have no clue where we are and as for your wounds well I just stitched your them , that was a pretty nasty fall you had there. Oh where are my manners my name is Cioccolato or Ciocco for short if you'd like and yours?
D: oh my name is vinegar doppio. Where are we?
C: beats me I've been wandering for a few hours since I arrived here with my friend.
D: friend?
C: yes
He whistles for his friend to come to him and what appears before the two is a...dog?

C: this is Secc I named him myself. without him we wouldn't have survived this long. Now Secc this is Doppio he will be joining us back at our hideout.
D: Oh cool you have a hiding space.
C: yes straight ahead of that tunnel you won't miss it, it looks like a home made of adobe.
D: wow didn't know there was some form of structure here.
C: in here we can have a little chat while the monsters roam around. Come in and have a seat.
D: so cioccolata
C: it's Cioccolato
D: oh I'm sorry. So Cioccolato how did you end up here
C: I just remember waking up here about 6 hours ago I think. I have no recollection of anything other than that I was a doctor and my name. I roamed around trying to find an escape route until I saw a couple monsters chasing me and Secc defended me in battle in our initial meeting. However he received a few nasty gashes and I was worried he might bleed out so I tried to find anything I can use to help him but to my shock I saw something manifest from my body, my hands turned a strange shade of green then it exited from my body and somehow I completed what I asked for. Upon hearing me scream to stitch up Secc it did the deed and stitched up Secc on his leg and back in quick fashion. And it brought a sense of joy being able to stitch up wounds and the feeling of putting things together is just wonderful.
D: okay. And did you remember anything else before you got here?
C: nope not a single clue
he says while smiling from ear to ear
D: well I think the monsters are gone we should try to get out of this place oh and does that dog of yours have any abilities at all?
C: why don't I let him explain

A dim light envelops Secc and he starts to enlarge and the light shows a silhouette of a person

S: w-w-well i c-can manipulate the t-terrain from what I k-know of.

D:well there's no doubt about it this is an alternate secco and Cioccolata now will they have my worlds abilities or not i wonder?

D:so fellas what do you say about getting out of here?
