**Colson's POV**

"Yeah starving,what about you,cas?" I said "Pretty hungry" she said looking back at me "You guys want some french fries?" Y/n said with a hopeful look on her face "Sounds great" I said flashing my famous smile "Great!" y/n said opening the freezer and grabbing the fries "So,have you always lived here?" I said "No,I just moved down here a few months ago,why?" y/n said with a confused look not looking away while pouring the fries in the air fryer "Cause i've never seen you around here until this morning,so I was curious" I said "interesting" y/n said "mommy,mommy!" her 2 year old daughter sang out "Yes,Stella?" y/n said "who's dat?" she said pointing to me and Casie "They are friends,pumpkin" y/n said smiling towards us

Her smile..

"well,anything to do while we wait?" I asked "hm." y/n said,obviously thinking "Cas,you can watch tv in my room if you'd like,the remote is on my bed" y/n said "Alright,thanks" Cas said already on her way up the stairs "Now,us.." she said,confusing me "I got nothin,you got an idea?" y/n said "Uh,I dunno" I said,I sounded so stupid. "How about let's get to know each other" y/n suggested "I like that idea" I said smiling "Well,I am unemployed at the moment,still looking for a job,because I didn't get the job this morning,i'm 28 years old,and that is all I can think about right now" she said "Well,i'm 30 years old,I make music for a living,and just recently had an album come out,I can't think of anything else either" I said "Music? can I hear the album?" she said very hopeful "I don't see why not" I said to her,she lead me to the tv grabbing my hand,which caught me off guard. "Here's the remote" she said handing it to me,just find spotify,it's not that hard" "Okay" I said scrolling through the tv apps,I soon opened the search section in spotify and searched 'Mgk' "Mgk?" she asked "Machine Gun Kelly-" I said "It's my stage name,long story,it's stupid I know" I said "No,it's cool!" she said,putting a smile on my face. I click on Tickets To My Downfall and press play,a few songs in and we're already on our feet jumping up and down,side to side,rocking out.By the time it was over,she was telling me how talented I am and how 'forget me too' or 'lonely' was her favorite on the album which made my cheeks flash red a bit,i'm glad she liked the album.

**Y/n's POV**

Colson is very talented,when we were rocking out to his album,I just knew we were going to be there for each other and be friends no matter what,Me and Colson are already pretty close.

"So how-" my question was interrupted by a loud sound outside,a person talking through very loud speakers,The Governor. "What the hell?" Colson said "Everyone,stay in your houses,a few buildings just got broke open and robbed. lock your doors,and your windows,hide in a secure place and take your loved ones,and things with you." without hesitation I grabbed Colson and Stella's hands,went upstairs and grabbed Casie's knowing she heard the gov and brought them down to the cellar where the generator is,and locked to cellar door. "What's happening?" Casie asked hugging her dad's arm "You didn't hear the governor?" I asked "I did,but why so sudden?" she asked "This is a cruel,and disgusting world,anything can happen in just a matter of 2 minutes." I said "I hope we are all safe down here" Colson said with a 'I hope I didn't just jinx this' face "Me too" I said.3 minutes later Casie was quietly pacing the pitch dark cellar with her phone texting her mom,and I didn't even know it but I had my head leaned on Colson's shoulder watching Casie as she paced,I then came to my senses I noticed what my head was laying on "Oh my gosh,i'm so sorry" I apologized so much times it sounded very obnoxious in my head "Hey,it's okay" He said,interrupting my sorries "I just noticed this is the second time my power went out tonight,what the f- what the freak" I said.Colson just laughed "I'm still here,I can turn it back on after all this stuff stops" He said "Thanks" I said smiling even though I knew he couldn't see it,i'm pretty sure he knew I was smiling though. "When is this over,again?" Casie asked "I dunno,hopefully soon" I said knocking on the wooden steps hopefully not to jinx it. There was a sudden knock on the door and we were suddenly all quiet,the knocking happens again,then a hear a key turn in the front door knob and we were all suddenly terrified "Hello?" Then it hit me. the familiar voice. "Why is it dark in here?" Y/n?" The man said "Who the-" Colson said as I opened the cellar door really quick,scaring Colson "Ronnie!" I shouted as I disappeared from Colson's view Colson looked from the Cellar door seeing if I was okay,Which I was already in a tight hug with my best friend.Ronnie instantly noticed Stella,Casie,and Colson down in the cellar. "Who are those 2?" Ronnie asked "oh! Colson,Cas,come here!" I said,them getting up coming up the stairs "Ronnie,this is Colson,I met him today,and this is his daughter,Casie" I said "Hey" Colson said shaking his hand "Alright,Colson,Casie,this is Ronnie,my best friend,he's the lead singer of a band,Falling In Reverse." I said smiling "I've heard of them" Colson said "Just never heard your music,I bet it's good man" Colson added "Thanks,and your voice sounds familiar,do you make music?" Ronnie asked "Yeah,my stage name is Machine Gun Kelly" Colson stated "That's the voice I know" Ronnie said "Nice to meet you" He added "You too" Colson responded "Well,are you guys okay?" Ronnie asked "Yeah" I said "Why wouldn't we be?" I added "I was just checking in,now where's Stella" Ronnie asked with a smile while Stella ran towards him giving him a hug "How long have you guys known each other?" Colson asked "9 years" we said at the same time "Dang,long time" Colson said "Time goes by when you have fun" I said,then suddenly,the power came back on and the governor went on about lockdown being over "Wait how did you get here without being seen,Ronnie?"I asked "Black clothing" He stated referencing to it being night-time "ohh,I see,having very dark brown hair just makes it better too haha" I said "You got it" He said "Where's Saraya?" I asked,Saraya is his girlfriend. "At the house,she didn't wanna risk coming,she said to text her when I got here tho,needa do that,gimme a sec" he said "Alright" I said turning to Colson,i playfully punch him in the shoulder "Why so serious,tough guy?" I asked,he just laughed.
