Fallenjade made her way through the rocky terrain of FallClan, her green and blue eyes reflecting the afternoon sun, almost blinding her. The calico she-cat's light brown and tan spots almost seemed like shifting platforms on her white fur, giving a strange effect. Even though she didn't exactly have a strong stance on any subjects yet, she had earned her role as Deputy. Fallenjade had left the camp to hunt for some more prey and had ended up with a large sparrow.
"Is this enough?" She asked herself before shaking her head. "No, of course it isn't. It can only feed one cat." With a sigh, Fallenjade hid her prey where it would be safe before pricking her ears up to see if she could hear any prey off the bat. All she could hear was the falling of the crisp leaf-fall leaves. Opening her muzzle slightly, she opted to see if she could smell anything instead. A scent of vole reached her tongue, and she hoped she could catch it. Vole was a delicacy in the mountains, so when she saw it was upwind, her heart filled with hope at catching it.
Dropping into a hunting crouch, she started to carefully creep across the leaf scattered ground, doing her best to avoid the prey-chasers. The vole was oblivious to her existence as she paused a tail-length away. Fallenjade pounced on the prey and quickly sunk her teeth into its muscles to kill it. She smiled and went to go pick up the sparrow so she could head back home.
Once she reached camp, she dropped off her prey and immediately saw three cats she might want to talk to. A black tom, named Flickfur, who seemed to be talking to himself and clawing something out in the dirt. A golden tabby she-cat exiting the warriors den cheerfully who was named Goldensun. And finally a white tom called Cloudstar. Which one should she visit?
1: Flickfur, and bring a rabbit to share with him.
2: Goldensun with the vole she had just caught.
3: Cloudstar with a squirrel.
So yes, chapters will be kinda short, but I'll try and keep them interesting.
