(Sorry for the slow update it's been a little difficult pacing out the whole story because I wanna get to the fun and exciting part super bad :)) but I promise the story will definitely get way better, I promise !!)

It was Friday, it felt as if the week almost flew by me. School had mostly been shut down this week because somehow one of the classes had caught on fire? I'm not very sure of how something like that could take place but hey, at least I got to catch up on my sleeping.

I looked over to my left and picked up my phone to check the time. Geez, it was 3 pm already? Oh well, it's already late might as well get up and go to the store, it's been a while because money has been a little tight.

I hopped out of my bed and slipped into more presentable but comfortable clothes. I grabbed my keys, slipped on my shoes, and left out the door less than a minute later.

I walked down the stairs and got to my car when I began to drive I turned up the radio a bit. Some generic pop song was playing like always, I didn't bother actually listening to the lyrics but used it more as background noise to silence the static in my brain. I squeezed the steering wheel in rhythmic groups.

Luckily I didn't live too far away from the store so I got there quite quickly. I got out of my car and walked into the bright store. I kept repeating my list to myself so I wouldn't forget what I needed... "Milk, eggs, cereal, toilet paper, wine... Milk, eggs, cereal, toilet paper, wine..."

Luckily this time I was able to swiftly make my way through the store without any mishaps, I got in line behind a middle-aged woman with black hair. I leaned on my cart for support while I waited to check out, I began looking around when a magazine caught my eye.

On the cover were a man with short brown hair, green eyes, and a couple of visible tattoos on his chest and torso... "Huh, I could swear that guy looks just like Harry... But he doesn't have that many tattoos"

I was distracted almost immediately after when the store clerk called my name. The woman scanning my items was quick to bag my stuff and I tried to help her by swiftly paying and getting out of there.

I walked out of the store, it was actually quite warm outside which was a nice change from the usual frosty winds.

I pulled out my phone and texted Harry

You: Hey, what time do you wanna meet up tomorrow?

It took him a minute to respond.

Harry: Hey I was thinking we could meet up at the Beachwood cafe around 3:30 and spend the day together :)

You: Yeah that sounds fun, see you tmrw

I smiled at my phone as I walked up to my car. I checked under my car and in the backseat before opening my door, you know lady stuff. I drove home in complete silence trying to comprehend my brain.

When I got home I went inside my house and sat on my couch just staring at the wall. I began to think about my mom... That was a weird occurrence, my mom was nothing to me? She was a blip on my timeline, I didn't even consider her my mother. She was terrible, she was always on drugs and left me alone my whole life, and then on my 17th birthday, I caught her stealing my money from me. I was so angry because she dared steal from me when I was providing everything for her? She was too much of a lazy bum to go out and get a real job so for a while I had to be the parent. I was so angry so I ran away... She died a year later, I didn't make me sad but guilty. I've moved on and I'm my own person now

My mother had never been present but luckily Moira's mother was such a warm and kind woman that I practically lived at her house, and after I ran away I literally did. If Moira's family wasn't there when I needed them I probably would've ended up dead or a hooker.

I put up the groceries after sitting and thinking for a while and went to my room. I turned on the television in my room just to have some background noise to distract me. I eventually fell asleep to the actors speaking.

Tomorrow will be better...
