"Mom I'm home!" I announced as I stepped In our living room.I didn't get a respond so I assumed she was busy somewhere.I heard shuffling In the kitchen and I knew it was her.
"Hey mom"i said as I went close to her to give her a hug.
"Hey son,how is my Prince charming!"
"Im great mum"
"And how was school dear?"
"Usual" I said with a bored tone.
My school life was not an interesting one tho.I didn't have any friends. Which is partly my fault because I'm shy and can't socialize with people without embarrassing myself.No one bothered to socialize with the weird nerd!!( poor liam😪)
Hugh... I was used to it tho that was my life and I had to embrace it.
"Still having difficulties making friends huh!"
My mom's voice snapped me out of my fantasy.
"Dont worry mom I'm used to it, screw that what's for dinner.." I said licking my lips.
"Lasagne your favourite,"My mom said with a playful smile on her face.
My mood brighten up after hearing the word lasagne.
"Go freshen up first then come eat,okay dear"
I groaned and my mom laughed at me playfully her laughter brought a smile to my face my mom was a strong woman who looked at the other side of every situation.I'd say my perfect life was to be with her.She managed to take care of me on her own when that jerk of a father decided to abandon us for another woman. I FUCKING HATE THAT DUMBHOE .I muttered in gritted teeth.
"What's that son ?"
"Uh nothing mother I'll be in my room"
"Phew that was close...I'd be dead meat if my mother heard me curse!"
I headed to my room to freshen up.
*time skip*(coz am lazy😂)
"Thanks mum the food was delicious as ALWAYS! I'll be in my room if you need me" I said getting ready to go upstairs.
"Whait son I need to have a talk with you"
I froze .Beads of questions ran through my mind, what could be the issue that my mother wanted to say that couldn't be said tommorow?? Did someone die?? If so I'd sure hope it's that jerk( dont attack liam😅he is a sweet boy )
"What is it mother.?" Her face grew pale ,and showed worry.
What could be the matter??
