The Past

"Dad! I am going to library" I shouted from my room as I went downstairs walking towards the main door and I heard a voice," Ok dodo! But come back early." As I hummed I went towards my car and drove to my  new school library.
I reached there, it was not crowded much but there were people minding their  own business. I went towards our librarian and asked,"Excuse me" "Yes, how can I help you?" She replied." Umm, I wanted to know about this school, so where should I go for it?" I asked " it must be in the history section." She said. "Thankyou" I said as I walked towards the 'History Section'.
There were many books,but I eyes laid on the ' school history ' column. Not much books were there, though there were many magazines about our school and a big yellow book , in which it was written 'More about Nashville High' I knew that there is a book like this but I never wanted to check it.
I pulled it  from the shelf ,Oh God it was heavy! I somehow carried it and kept on the table and sat there to read it. I checked the index and went through it ,

I didn't have much time so I started from the second content , ' About Our Founder' .I went through it. It was about our founder , Mr. Lakosh Mendes, I have heard the rumers about him when I was in the school , people said that he went missing just an year after he found this school aand never returned ,I became more sure after I read it in the book. Well the reason is not mentioned here, but I can ask dad about it. So I opened the next page 'About The School Building'  Firstly I didn't went through it but I took a glimps of it until, I found something shocking written on it ' earlier there was a mansion here in the school plot , but our founder  purchased the plot and 'Nashville High School' was built upon it.' I was startled , so i read it in a detailed manner. According to  the information in the book, The School was constructed seven years ago and it was built on the plot of a mansion that was burnt many years before the school was built, the information in it was not enough. That's it!  I closed it with a  eagerness in my mind to know more so I went to the newspaper section , 'the information about the mansion must be in these old newspaper.' I thought . It was not a shocking fact to find something, from a  old newspaper in our library  because our school is not much interested in updating our library , so  finding an old newspaper is easy.
I saw some dusty old newspapers in the top shelf .I tip toed and grabbed them . 'aatichoo!' I sneezed , there was a lot of dust on them I opened it and read them. I exactly didn't  found the newspaper of every year but something was strange and common in them. Almost every year students of 15-18 years went missing and we're never found just like the case of Mr. Lakosh and Christiana. It was strange and it seemed like some relation in the cases . Then suddenly while reading the missing articles ,I got an article with an heading, 'An insane man killed his kids and wife' the newspaper was almost 12-13 years old. The article said that a man in his 40's went insane and killed his wife and kids. His house was burnt and he was buried alive by the people of that area, dead body was reported. I properly read the address of his house,I was shocked!
'A-7 mansion, Smith colony, Nashville, Indianna.' that's our school address! it means that th....the house that was here earlier, it belonged to that family! I fastly walked towards our school computer leaving all the stuffs behind . I sat on the chair an searched about the insane man. I got an article and it said that, a family lived there many years ago. The family had four members, the elder son John who was 17 yrs old, the younger daughter Caroline who was of 15yrs and Mr and Mrs Stephenson who were in  their 40's and 30's respectively. The family was very friendly,and very Frank with other people. Everything was going quite peacefully until one day Mr. Stephenson came home ,was very angry and was acting  insane. Firstly he stabbed his elder son with a knife. Seeing this sight ,the wife hid herself and her daughter to somewhere safe in house. But the man was searching them and was calling them to come out like lunatic. In order to save her daughter, the woman attacked the husband with a fork in his eyes which made him eyeless but still he managed to kill her and his daughter. After a  few days, the people living around were devastated  hearing this and were not feeling safe about their kids so they decided to injure him, they buried him alive and burnt the house. And after a few years Nashville High school was built on it.

I was totally shocked and I had goosebumps........
