Lies and Defeat

Part 10

The early morning sun shined through the window above my bed and that was my que to get up. I stretched my arms out and took a deep breath. Life was good at this moment not saying it's perfect but it is better than usual. I looked over and saw a sleeping Jaden snuggled up with Princess while they were both snoring. I pulled the charger out of my phone and snapped a picture of them and was in awe of all the cuteness. It was 9 a.m. so I gently took off my covers careful not to wake both of my babies up. I opened the door and walked down the stairs. I pulled out a pan and took some eggs and bacon out of the fridge. I made breakfast for the 4 of us, I obviously made some for Jaden, I also wanted to thank Jaden and I can't exclude Josh cause Josh is Josh. I finished cooking the food and I carefully set the table and plates and made my way back upstairs. I knocked on Josh's door making sure I didn't walk into anything (you know what I mean) 

Nessa: Elle is that you

Aubrielle: Yes, I just wanted to let you know breakfast is ready

Nessa: Ok thanks we will meet you down in a few

I smiled than walked back over to our room. I opened the door to still see the cuddling happening. I carefully made my way to Jaden's side and lightly wiggled his shoulder. He groaned and pulled the covers over his head taking Princess with him.

Aubrielle: Jaden you have to wake up

Aubrielle: Jaden I made breakfast

Aubrielle: Jae

I sighed and grabbed Princess from the side of the bed and took her downstairs and slid the door opened and found Buddy next to the dog's pee pad. I placed Princess down and set her food in the bowl and shutting the door, leaving the dogs to eat and play. As I walked in I saw Nessa and Josh walking down the stairs looking like they were in a semi fight.

Nessa: Oh wow it looks great

Aubrielle: Thanks, why were you awake this early this is a new

Nessa and Josh took a seat and Nessa looked down.

Nessa: Didn't sleep at all last night but you know what it's fine

I smiled as we all began to eat. Nessa and I were talking a lot as Josh looked like his was half asleep or he was just staring off into space. In the middle of one of our strange conversations we heard loud footsteps come down to the lower level of our condo.

Jaden: Hey

Jaden took a seat next to me and kissed me on the top of my head. We all talked and Josh got out of his trance. We all finished up and Nessa said she would do the dishes. Jaden and I walked back upstairs and he just jumped into bed. I went into the shower and just did everything I needed to do. I straightened my hair and then put on some jeans and one of Charli's crop tops I stole. I walked out and Jaden was still in bed but on his phone this time.

Aubrielle: Whatcha doing today 

Jaden: I think I'm gonna head to the studio, you?

Aubrielle: I haven't seen Charli in a while so I'll probably go there

He nodded and I walked over him and gave him a peck that he gladly recieved. I walked down the stairs waved goodbye to Josh who was watching TV on the couch. I made my way to the car and then Charli's house.

I walked up to the front door and knocked lightly a couple of times. Heidi finally let me in and I gave her a giant hug. She told me Charli was upstairs and I thanked her and I went up there. I walked into her room and noticed her and Mark making out. They quickly stopped and Mark started smirking heavily and Charli blushed and looked down at the floor.

Aubrielle: You know anyone could've came in

Charli nodded and scratched her neck which she does when she is nervous. When I glanced back at Mark he just looked proud of himself.

Aubrielle: Welp at least I'm not your parents

I jumped in between them on the bed and Charli laughed. She gave me a hug and she rushed me to her closet. We sat down and she locked the door.

Charli: Spill everything about Jaden

I told her everything from the elevator save, to the accusing me of cheating, to our awesome night and day, and finally Mads and her jealous looks at Sway.

Charli: Finally that bitch can get off your man

I giggled and then turned my head right towards hers.

Aubrielle: Now your turn tell me about Mark

Charli: So basically he told me he really liked me so we have been seeing each other a lot lately

Aubrielle: Do you like him

Charli: Yes I really do

I smiled and gave her a tight hug.

Aubrielle: We should proabably go back out

We stood up and left the closet and Mark was on his phone. Once he noticed us he quickly shut his phone up and stared at us. I smiled weirdly at him as Charli suggested we watched a movie. We all agreed and walked down to the couch and Charli handed me the remote and she walked to the kitchen most likely getting snacks. As I was searching through all the horror movies Mark's hand wrapped around my waist slightly touching my butt. I swatted his hand away till he kissed me on the neck and whispered real close...

Mark: I know you want me

I scooted over from him and shook my head. He smirked and took the remote from me picking a movie and waiting for Charli to join us. Charli came in handing me goldfish and a drink same with Mark and she had some for herself too. She sat down in between us and Mark started the movie. During the whole movie Mark was giving me strange glances that made me feel so uncomfortable. 

Eventually the movie ended and Mark had left but I didn't wanna tell Charli about him because that would ruin her night. We walked upstairs and we changed into our pajamas and then did facemasks. It was time to sleep and I texted Jaden I was staying over her house and he responded with a heart emoji. We fell asleep but I couldn't get the nasty feeling about being messed up for not telling Charli about Mark yet. I just pushed aside and fell asleep.
