Book Review 1

       There are many book I have read online but this book really captures my attention. That book is called Pitch's New Puppet. This story revolves around the internal struggles of the protagonist, Jack Frost,  and his other side and antagonist , Jack Nightmare. This book also revolves around the guardians, Jamie and Pitch as the secondary characters as well as they struggles to bring Jack Frost on their side. 

       The feelings that the book inspired in me is to not condemn others on what the others has done wrong and instead advice them nicely to avoid hurting their feelings. It also inspires me to love your friends and treat them with love like how you treat your family members. I think the book will be more enjoyable if the author writes about how Jack Frost feels hurt, betrayed, then turn to Nightmare as it is not that clear in the story. I also think the book will be more enjoyable if the author writes more of the way how Bunny, Tooth and the others save Jack from Pitch's clutches to prevent Jack from becoming Nightmare.

     As there always are weaknesses and strengths in every book, there are also weaknesses and strengths in this book. One of the weaknesses in this book is that the development of Jack to Nightmare is not that obvious. Likewise, the way how the guardians rescue Jack is not that clear. Another weakness in this book is that it has some repetition of words in some parts of the story. On the other hand, this story has a good plot which I think most web-novels would not probably have as some authors could not do such a good plot due to lack of proficiency in English. Another good point is this story is that there are cliffhangers which makes people want to read more.

    Overall, I love the plot of the book and the cliffhangers; and, what I dislike about this book is the lack of development of Jack Frost to Nightmare, the way the guardians rescue Jack from his other side, and the repetition of words in some parts of the story. In my opinion, I would recommend people to read this book as long as you do not mind the repetition of words and grammar mistakes. Overall, it is a good read. I would also like to recommend The Big Eight Series written by Faaria-S on Wattpad if those of you love to read this book.
