You exhaled your smoke and pushed your bang from your face. Enjoying the moment of peace and tranquility while you could.

"(Y/N)!" And there goes that moment.

You looked back to see your friend Caroline running towards you. A panicked look on her face. Furrowing your brows together, you watched as she came around until she was gasping for air in front of you.

"What? What is it?" You asked squashing your cigarette under your shoe.

"N-Niall..." Your eyes widened before narrowing.

"Take me to him." Immediately coming to your feet, Caroline nodded and mustered herself back up before running you towards her car.

Once you were both in the car, it roared to life before taking off down the road.

"What's he done now?"

"F-fight." She panted regaining herself.

"Another one?" You growled as she nodded. "Well he'll being hearing from me. Let me guarantee that." You were not happy at all.

Coming around to the familiar terrain of the skatepark, you could see a crowd of people on the pavement.

"Thanks Carol." Caroline nodded as you got out of the car and ran to the scene.

"Fight! Fight! Fight!" These useless people chanted as you came among them.

"Move!" You yelled, not in the mood to deal with these idiots. Coming to the front of the crowd, you saw the familiar blonde fighting a brunette boy. "Niall!" Step one, gain his attention before then deciding what the fuck to do.

Niall looked up from the top of the boy and his gaze immediately met yours. Split lip. Bruised cheek and angered eyes.

Though his angered ones couldn't compare to yours. You hated doing this and he very well knew it.

"Who's that?! Your slut?!" The brunette boy was just asking for a fight. Niall's head shot back to his opponent before landing more ferocious hits.

You carefully stepped forward and timed yourself to grab ahold of your boyfriend's arm.

Everything seemed to slow down when you had decided to grab his sweaty tense arm. Your hands flew forward and gripped the built muscle before gripping your nails into it.

Niall tugged his arm forward but stopped knowing you were restraining any more hits. His gaze didn't leave the boy underneath him though.

Then spitting on the boy, you cringed as he stood up and kicked dirt onto him.

"Pick your fights properly asshole." Your hands left his bicep as his gaze slowly met yours. You both held an intent stare, yours more of a glare, before he gripped your lower back and guided you out from the scene.

Just as you were about to peek through the crowd, a hand gripped your hair and yanked you back. You held in a scream gripping the wrist and stumbled back. Niall turned his head and his face flared pure outrage on his face.

You closed your eyes and heard a loud smack before the hand released your hair. Niall pulled you behind him and kicked the attacker harshly in the side making them cry in pain.

The whole crowd went quiet as Niall took your wrist and pulled you both eagerly away from the crowd and towards Caroline's car.

Caroline stood beside the passenger door and watched worriedly as you both came over.

"I need to borrow your car." Niall held back his angered tone as Caroline nodded passing him her keys.

"Please keep it in one piece." She pleaded as Niall gave a simple nod. He opened the passenger door and you stood looking over at her. "I'll phone a friend to pick me up. It's fine." The guilt built up in you as Niall grunted impatiently.

"Thank you." She smiled nodding as you got into the car followed by Niall. He didn't wait to start up the car before you both were quickly making your way away from the area.

"You," you began, glaring at him. "Have a lot of explaining to do."
