Boredom is that invitation for the brain to play, to let the self, soak into a moment and see the richness in the minute subtlety life offers. So I let it in, allowing my thoughts to float without direction, and soon enough they find paths to run down rather than the same old worries that can play over and over each day. That's when ideas come and that's when boredom ends.
It was a chilly winter morning, just a usual day! But, not for a fifteen year old boy who loves adventures and exploring new places in leisure (to be more precise: he loves exploring haunted places) but has to sit at home for 7 months for the global pandemic.
Colin Reed, a restless fifteen year old boy with bored and loony face, rough hands with deep marks created by the video game controller, was now finally bored. He was always looking for an opportunity to go outside the house.
So that day finally came, all the boredom and stress was converted into fright but you can call it a nightmare.....
No one knew that a fun little exploration to reduce boredom could turn around to be the most terrifying hours of their life.
