Diana's POV

It was time for departure. Mum, dad and I were at the airport. They were sitting in the terminal with me, waiting for my flight.

While waiting, dad was joking about one of his trips to the Caribbean Island and other family stuff.
Mum was looking stern and sharp like she was not enjoying the moment.

I was sitting leg crossed and half listening to dad. All of a sudden dad took out an orange envelope with my name written on it.

He gave it to me and said, "Diana this is for you, since you gonna have to stand on your feet out there, please use it wisely..."
I was startled, I didn't know what to say...

With my head bowed low, I responded," thankyou dad." Hey, not a big deal kiddo." dad responded and gave me a high five as I tucked the envelope into my bag pack.

Mum didn't bother looking our way, I could tell from her face that she wasn't impressed.

The plane would be arriving in 30 mins time, so I told my parents to go since they are busy people and I can manage myself.
They took up to live when dad gave me a last quick hug and promised to come see me next week after he completes one of his projects.

Mum left without saying goodbye. That didn't worry me at all. I walked up to the airport cafeteria and got myself a coffee and a potatoe beef pie and made my way back to my sit.

As I was on my way to my sit, I saw him. He was busy reading a book, maybe a novel. His jet black hair and pale skin seem to bloom.
He looked matured and more athletic not the high school type of look anymore.
Dressed in a Nike black t- shirt and dark blue short, he looked adorable.

I pretended not to notice him as my heart fluttered, I took my sit and looked away. He was the boy I ignored some time ago and now he was sitting on the left hand row facing the departure door.

After a few minutes I turned to spy on him, that's when I saw a young brunette leaning against his muscular arm and enjoying the comfort of it.

I suddenly felt jealous.... I've never felt like this my whole entire life. Am I feeling this way because of him? As I thought so, the plane arrived and it was time to leave for Boston.

Stephen's POV

As the plane for Boston arrived, Mitchell and I headed for the departure door. Mitchell is my course mate and of cause my best friend. We are both studying Business Managment at the Harvard University.

She is my female friend. I keep her around especially to chase the eyes of other female admirers away. That's one of my secrets.

As we were inside the plane, my seat was 14B economic class, next to the window. Mitchell's sit was 9A a few rows up. All of a sudden the sit next to me was occupied by a young woman which I think..........I've met or seen her before...

As she turned around and saw me, she gasped as her green eyes widen... We were both silent for some minutes when I decided to speak up.

"Hi" I said.

" Hi"... she responded after some seconds.

" What are you doing here anyway?" she asked between chuckles.

"Oh me, um well, why can't I ask you that question?" I responded while looking curious.

"I'll be doing my freshman year at Harvard. I'm taking business administration. That's why I'm on this plane. So what about you?"
She added with a sly smile.

Before I responded she said, " You are very wealthy,  you should be flying over on your parent's private jet plane or something... Why flying on these common planes with common people like us?"

At first I was blushing, now my face was turning red, I tried my best to control my annoyance.
She didn't seem to mind what she just said...

"That's very rude of you to speak that way to a person. " I stated plainly.

"So you think just because my parent's own several private jets, that makes me so special to jump in a common plane?" I stated oddly this time.

Then she replied in a peaceful manner, " No, whether you're special or common doesn't matter, as long as you're actions comes from your heart instead of pretentious."

"Well I'm a second year student at Harvard taking business managment, it's good to know that you're joining us. From there you can figure out what kind of a person I am..."

I responded icily and looked out the plane window.

She didn't speak at all. She just ignored and started checking out her bag pack.
Whatever she said didn't push me away... I was actually happy to hear her voice for the first time.....
