2 days have passed after helping Kara out with Supergirl business. You were getting dressed after having a shower, Kara swoops into the window carrying flowers and some coffee.
Kara: here you go, good morning as well baby.
You accepted the flowers and coffee and kissed her on the cheek. She puts down her coffee and changes into casual clothes. As you take a sip from your drink you put yours down and pulled Kara in for a kiss as she wrapped her arms around you. After a while she pulls back and says.
Kara: so... We're gonna go and see Eliza today.

I notice the owner bring out a black small box and puts the ring in it and closes it. I hand over the money to pay for it and thank the owner and leave. I hide it in my pocket and I quickly rush to my car and thankfully Kara isn't here yet. I get back in and that's when she arrives back to the car with some flowers.
Kara: hey Y/N. Sorry I took my time.
