Unexpected Bliss

Kim Taehyung was at his bestfriend's bachelor's party.  His bestfriend was Jeon Jungkook. He was marrying Park Jimin. This party wasn't a typical bachelor party. Jungkook wasn't the type to go all out. 

Taehyung just though a simple bachelor party. Nothing fancy. Just balloons, food, and music. 

That's all Jungkook wanted. 

Jungkook invited all of his friends, and so did Taehyung. One friend of Jungkook's always hung out with Taehyung, when Jungkook was busy. 

That was....

Marcus Shojin, but they call him Mars. He was close with Taehyung. He was there when Taehyung cried, was sick, even when Taehyung wanted to be alone, he was there. Jungkook and  Mars always comfort Taehyung. 

Taehyung fears he's losing his bestfriend since he's married now. Jungkook kept telling him he wasn't. 

"Welcome to the married life Jungkook. Hopefully you have happy days ahead." 

"Thanks Tae. That means a lot to me." 

Jungkook smiled at his bestfriend. Taehyung smiled back. 

"Do you know where Mars went?" 

"I think he said he was going outside for a phone call." 

"Oh." 

Jungkook had a worried tone in his voice. 

"I go check on him." 

Taehyung went outside Jungkook house. He saw Mars talking to his wife Jennie. 

"Why are you asking me this?" 

Taehyung didn't approach them yet. He wanted to hear what they were talking about. 

"He would be lying to me." 

"Really? Taehyung doesn't lie to you. You know that?" 

Jennie sighed softly. 

"I-I know...but he hasn't been himself lately." 

"What do you mean?" 

"He doesn't want to have sex with me. We just fight most of the time. Then we take care of our child." 

Taehyung saw the boy scratched his head. 

"He probably upset about his bestfriend getting married. He feels he's losing Jungkook." 

"But he has you." 

The boy laughed. 

"He's not my bestfriend. He Jungkook's. I'm just there when Jungkook is not around." 

Taehyung felt hurt by those words, but they were true. He was using the boy to feel the void.

"Plus Jungkook always took me with him." 

Jennie grabbed the boy's arm. 

"Can you just ask him for me." 

"Why do you guys use me so much?! I'm tried of being peacemaker. Just because my brother used to fix you guys problems doesn't mean I have too." 

The boy walked away down the street. Jennie turned away. Taehyung chased after the boy being unseen by his wife. 

"Mars wait." 

He stopped when he heard Taehyung's voice. 

"What Taehyung?" 

"I heard you talking to Jennie. Are you okay?" 

"No.  I'm tired of being used by you guys." 

"Let's go back to Kook's and talk." 

"Fine."
