MEL'S POV

Its been a year now since the first christmas with my true family. I love my life , just throwing it out there.

Everyone is happy with their mate and now we await our Hogwarts letters . Well everyone except Orion is happy with their mate .

Percy has avoided Orion so much over the holidays and Orion is not liking it one bit . We moved to Slytherin mansion because it's bigger and can accommodate everyone . Tom is now our age , and will now grow at a normal rate .

" mom he is just a friend plus we'll be in the village market . Besides I need to get out of here " I hear Percy say before leaving through the door .

" we'll look out for him , don't worry " Orion says calling me and Harry over.

" I know where he is going we follow silently. " he says and we nod and walk towards the market .

" No , what are you doing ?. I told you I just needed a friend . Just leave me alone , I should have stayed home ." We hear Percy's voice in a nearby alley .

" shut up you slut . " A voice says, we run to the alley and find a scared Percy backed into a corner , 3 muggles surrounding him .The sound of Orion's knife opening alerts them of our presence.

" Leave him alone " Orion says calmly .

" or what? . Little man " One of them says . Orion looks him in the eye.

" Or I'll pay your mother a visit . " Orion says and they laugh .

" go run to my mommy little man " he says and they chuckle

" Sarah Connell. Lives in 5854 kingsman road in Jessup village . Drives a blue range rover and has a dentist apointment in 2 hours . Ow my God maybe the doctor will give her too much anaesthetic and she will go to sleep forever , Brian Joseph Connell might get a heart attack on his way home , because his son messed with the wrong kids . " Orion says with an evil smirk . The guy runs off scared with his equally scared friend .

" I'm not scared of a bunch of kids .I'm gonna kill him then you all . " The third guy says pulling out a gun and pointing it at Percy . Orion throws a dagger and it lands straight on the hand holding the gun .

" I want to kill you slowly . " Orion says putting a port key in thr guys pocket and whispering " To Hell" in parseltongue .

We help Percy up and walk back home .

" what happened to him ?" Aunt Nagini asks taking Percy into her hands .

" Cornered by his date and his friends . You will go with your mom and she will help you get a hot bath and relax then you will meet me in my room , won't you?" Orion says to Percy

" Yes Alpha " Percy whispers looking at the ground . Aunt Nagini takes him to his room .

If anyone can be an Alpha it's definitely Orion

" I like how we have dungeons in this place . I now have a test subject . Fred , George , I need your venom . Aunt Cissa I will need you to heal someone , a lot . " Orion says and walks off whistling.

" What was that about .?" Dad asks .

" They tried to hurt Percy and the leader is in the dungeons . Might have a ghost haunting this place after today . " Harry says as Draco does his nails .

" Rab ! Come help me parent. "

" I heard everything . They are finally talking . " momma says .

" I'm so happy I mean I don't like how it happened but finally" Aunt Nagini says walking back into the room .

" Orion might kill that guy . "Dad says

" Do you think they will bond over his death ?"momma asks

" ow definitely. You remember how Rudo and I ..." Aunt Bella starts and they move to the tea room .

" Relax dad if there is anyone that should be Orion's first solo kill this should be him . I wonder what Orion saw in his mind . He doesn't just get angry . " I say and walk towards Ron who is waving me over .

" I'll go talk to him ."

" You do you boo . Tom if you don't get your food now . Mel and Ron will eat it . " Harry says .

" Surely not " Tom says .

" come back in 15 munutes and say that again but with shock . "

" yeah I wanna say we would never but .. I can't speak for my stomach." Ron says and Tom gets up and dishes up for himself .

" where's Gin ?" I ask .

" Probably with Percy ."

" Do you think Orion would do what he said at the alley to that kids parents?"

" Of course not . He might kill the guy and go tell his parents why , so that they can live the rest of their lives knowing that they raised a follower that would hurt people for laughs and then they will ask themselves everyday what they did wrong . And they will slowly pull away from each other and be shells of who they were . " Harry says .

" well when you put it like that it doesn't sound bad at all" I say sarcastically. 

" emotional trauma is great cause you do it to yourself .Tom , nap?" Harry asks Tom blinking rapidity. 

" Come on princess " Tom takes his hand and they leave .

" I'm going to look for Gin . Ron , nice meal as always . "

" Til the next , old friend . "

" You guys are so weird . Ron , I wanna nap too ." Draco says with a pout

" Let's go nap in the tea room . "

I walk yo Percy's room and find Gin and Percy chatting .

" Percy , Don't forget Orion wants you in his room. "

" of course , I hope he is not too mad ." Percy says rushing out.

" Orion won't hurt Percy right ?" Ginny asks .

" He won't, he might reprimand him or something but never hurt . The Alpha in him is keeping him calm and also panicked. Cause what if we didn't follow him . "

" yeah I understand.  Percy thinks he must get punished is that normal . I know you explained the omega , alpha thing but I don't get it ."

" He feels that way because he has done so much wrong things and he knows Orion knows this . He feels like he can gain Orion's trust if he is punished some how . A punishment usually means a clean slate thereafter.  "

" Wow ok . As long as they are ok . It's nap time . I don't know how we are gonna deal without nap time ."

" we'll figure it out . How about we go to my room . Ron and Draco are in the tea room. " I say and she nods and we go to my room . We see Orion walking out of his room with a smile. 

" Percy's napping. I gave him calming draught he was still in shock . I'm glad we weren't late . " He says to and walks away. 

" You Blacks are unpredictable "

" Just know that if we are wronged , we won't let it just go . Especially if it involves someone we love . "
