Going Soft

(Mark) i was putting someone in a trap a young woman i set the trap up and i went to go and pick up the girl I picked her up and put her down i got chains and chained her up my hands were shaking and i felt sick to my stomach which has never happened to me before, I was shaking that much i had to stop my chest was going crazy and so was my heart i was breathing heavily i put my sweaty hands in my hair and tryed to breathe I closed my eyes tight to try and calm down a few moments later I did  i looked around i didn't understand non of it non of this i didn't know what happened i looked at the girl she was pretty i touched her face and crouched down the room was black but there was lights on nere me i stayed like this for what felt for ever i then felt my face go wet i put a hand on my own cheek and wiped what ever was there it was a tear my tear "what the fuck was happening to me?" I asked myself that moment I new it was wrong I unchained the girl and took her out of the building and put her back where I kippnaped her  and went to my apartment i layed on my sofa and drank alcohol and took pills I was loesing it i was going soft

(Next morning

(Eric) i was pacing back and forth checking my watch Hoffman was two hours late for work i went out for a smoke every puff i took i got more worried Hoffman has never been late like this before come to think of it his never missed a day i decided to go back into the station i went to go and get Kerry and Riggs  to come with me and check if his ok

(kerry) i was getting coffee i took out a cup and poured some i turned and saw Eric "you OK?" he seemed worried

(Eric) no im not get some. Officers we are going to Hoffmans apartment and get an ambulance just in case now i said

At his apartment

(Eric) i knocked on the door HOFFMAN!!! I shouted i shook my head and gave a sign for them to kick the door down

(Kerry) ok i said  "BANG!!!!" they kicked it down and there was broken wood flying everywhere Eric rushes in "oh god AMBULANCE NOW!!! I here him shout next thing I seen is them rush passed me with Hoffman on a trolley oh god I say putting my hand over my mouth i seen Eric" what happened? " I asked

(Eric) think he tryed to kill his self

Back at the station

(lindsey)  Peter I say running into our office

(Peter) what I said

(lindsey) i just took a call from Kerry and her and Eric are at the hospital apparently Hoffman tryed to commit suicide last night in his apartment, he stopped reading the paper and looked up at me in disbelief

(Peter) oh i said and carried on reading looks like killing all thoes people actually got to him i said in my head.

Few weeks after Hoffman was released from hospital he was fine but he told his self that he wouldn't put anybody in any traps untill he could figure out what was wrong with him

(Mark) i was back at work doing paper work in my office i checked my watch and it was late I huffed and packed my things  and went to the werehoues to finish some ideas. For traps I started walking to my car i got in and drived. Half way there i felt like someone was following me i speeded up when I got in I waited nere the door I took out my gun when I saw the door open i pointed the gun and the man's head "stay were you are" i said walking around the guy when i got to the front i stopped and my heart was racing again., it was that dickhead Strahm

(Peter) me and Hoffman locked eyes mine met with his cold blue dark ones and i saw some sweat come from his forhead i smirk
"scared" I said

(Mark) No i sapped

(Peter) what you waiting for then shoot me i say it was silent between us and i could tell he was staring to panic his hand started to shake and this was my time i stood up as quickly as I could and knocked the gun out of his hand we started to fight i punched him in the nose and it started to bleed and i started to punch him in the stomach untill he was down on. The ground

(Mark) no..... No stop i say please looking up at him tears were running down my checks

(Peter) i stopped but i still didn't trust him so I put my foot on his chest i looked down at him "killing people go to much for you did it?

(Mark) i didn't say anythink I just layed there and cried and started to breathe heavily again it took me a moment before I nodded and looked in his eyes

(Peter) part of me felt sorry for him i huffed and moved my foot off him and crouched down we locked eyes starting to effect you Right? I said he nodded

(Mark) i have nightmares ever night when I do sleep and in the day I see them everywhere I go i can't do this anymore I said sniffing hard as more tears ran down my checks

(Peter) i nodded "I want you to kill me" he said what!!!

(Mark) i want you to kill me shoot me just make it go away please Strahm please

(Peter) i could do that i nodded but i think that is the easy way out

(Mark) please Peter please im begging for you to

(Peter) i nodded I took out my gun and pointed it at his head and pulled the trigger as the shot went off he fell to the ground i stood over his body and smiled as I here a door open i looked up "their i said his dead" looking up

(Lawrence) i smiled and kicked his body come on we have work to do i say following him out closing the door and setting the place on fire we got into the car and went to do our jobs
