Do you guys know how sad Eddie must feel after killing what he loves? He has to stay on one floor alone and think about how he killed those he loved.
I have a head cannon that Eddie is actually very, very, very, very depressed. He just hides it away from those he cares about, like Rachel.
In the manga, there are some parts where you can actually see his eyes turn hollow or darker, as if he's thinking about something terrible. Not only that, we know that Eddie is really insecure and hates his looks.
This picture shows how much he would miss his beloved and would literally dig her back up and hug her while crying.
Also, those refrigerators he has in the video game? I think he keeps his dead pets and the girl he killed in them so he can keep looking at them over and over again.
