Chapter 2: Morning

Maki's P.O.V

I woke up and y/n is not there, I got confuse at first. I sat up straight and went to the livingroom "oh good moring" y/n said in the kitchen. "Morning y/n" I said and smiled, "I made breakfast, hope you wouldn't mind" she said as she sip her coffee.

"I didn't know you can cook?" I said as I sat down, she put her coffee mug down "Neither do I" she said. I blink a couple of times and I started eating my breakfast and its good actually.

"are you sure you can cook?" I ask. She look at me with a blank look "Well I can't recall cooking meals to someone, not until now" she said, I get uncomfortable on this I mean her expression.

"Do you like the food?" She ask "Y-yeah, it's delicious" I said "I'm glad you like it"she said, I don't know if she's happy or not? Gosh it's hard to know her mood "Well, I should head to bath. I have work to do at the hospital." I said and kiss her in the head, for sure she's not into it yet

"Don't worry, Hanayo and Rin will keep you company while I'm gone" I said and she look at me and nod.

Moments later Hanayo and Rin are here, I went to the door "I'm heading out now, take care of y/n while I'm gone and no funny business" I said and close the door behind me.

"Bye Maki" Hanayo said and Rin look at y/n "Alright! Let's talk about the old times we spend together y/n nya!" Rin said, she look at her "what's with a cat sound?" she ask "w-well, It's a habit of mine nya.." Rin said.

"Oh, it's sounds funny" She said still blank and rin whisper to hanayo "I'm kinda get uncomfortable with her expression right now nya" she said. "So may I ask, where did I meet you two?" She ask

"At Otonokizaka!" Rin said and smile "why you ask that y/n? Is there a memory came up?" Hanayo ask in concern.

"I think so? That cat sounds really reminds me on something" she said and sat down.

"Don't worry nya, as long we tell you about what happen 10 years ago, for sure you'll understand some events pop up in your mind nya" Rin said cheerfully.

"Alright then" you said looking at the mug your holding. "Where do we start, it's so many to tell..." Rin said while thinking "How about, how I met you two" You said and sigh "Let's go with that nya" rin said and hanayo chuckle.

Hospital. . . . .

"Oh Morning Doc" Riko said as she give maki the clipboard fill with patient info. "Morning Riko" She said "Is something happen?" She ask "It's y/n, I can't understand if she's uncomfortable on anything or not" maki said and sigh "Well, she have a sydrome remember not to mention she lost her memories" riko said "I know that, it's just....it's complicated" Maki said and riko stop her

"How about you two go back from the start" riko said and Maki look at her "Listen, she look at you like a roommate or a friend." Riko said and maki's eyes wided "So I advice you to go back from the start and make her fall inlove with you again" Riko said and left. Maki thought for while and went to her patients.

Maki's hause. . . .

"I'm depress back then?" You ask "yeah, you almost kill yourself many times" Hanayo said, you kept quiet "I-I didn't know." You said and rin rub your head "But your a happy person all the way nya" rin said and smiled

"Okay, how maki and I met?" You ask and rin and hanayo look at each other "It's better Maki will tell you" Hanayo said, "I'll grab some snacks" You said as you stand up, you went to the kitchen "Hey rin, will spicy Ramen is okay for you? And Hanayo what do you want for your rice?" You said and the went to tje kitchen in high speed

"Y-y-you remember our favorite food" Rin said in shock "Oh?" You said not knowing you were right. "Well then, will you two help me make your favorite foods since you two are here" You said and they chuckle "Sure let chef Kayo-chin do it's magic" Rin said and Hanayo chuckle.

You look at them feeling relief, you want to show that your happy but your face can't let you. By that you help them in the kitchen. Moments later, Maki went home looking tired. "Welcome home Maki" Hanayo said "You look tired, why not join us nya" Rin said, maki saw you eating some ramen.

She went there and sat down, Hanayo give her food and tea. "How's work?" You ask and she look at you in shock, she didn't expect that though. "I have a operation at the hospital, 5 times in a row" she said and sigh. "Being a doctor sure it's a lot of work huh" Rin said as she wash the dishes.

"What did you espect?" You said, "anyways, were leaving now." Hanayo said as she grab her bag "I'll call honoka and the others for your tomorrow's babysitting nya" rin said and at some point maki nearly choke on that. "Have a nice night you two" you said and they left.

You grab a tissue and wipe maki's mouth "w-what are you doing?" She ask with a blush. "Your my lover right? So this is normal" you said, maki stop you from doing and look at you in the eye.

"You don't have to act though, you don't even remember me" maki said in sad way "but I'll promise you, that you will love me again" she said. You blink a couple of times cause it hits you straight from the heart "well then, you need some rest you have a rough day today" you said and rub maki's head. You grab her plate then your plate and wash it in the sink.

By that maki hug you in the back "I can't sleep without you beside me though" she said and you sigh as you wash the dishes. from your mind, you remember a slight red hair girl playing a piano. "Maki may I ask" you said "what is it?" She said "Do you play a piano back in highschool?" You said, and maki look at you in shock

"You remembered"
