It's about Race bending
Now, I don't mind if someone draws a character as a different race just for fun or "how would it look like?"
But if you say "I fixed it/ made it better" then that's where I have a problem
Now I'm not the best at words so here's a video that pretty accurately explains how I feel
"I guess my main problem is we are acting like our lack of representation is something we have no control over when we absolutely do, so How about we quit with the redraws, and actually make something original that will last."
"No one is entitled to representation, "Disney has a lot of white princesses" that's because a lot of the producers, writers, etc are white and they're gonna represent themselves" this isn't defending Disney
"It is hypocritical to say that one is wrong and not the other, because you're saying that they have to respect your character's ethnicity but you don't have to respect theirs"
